The Desk Staff with our late arrival were friendly and quick responding to our special requests. Amazingly she was alone in the facility, or so it appeared, she was juggling and handing many things...not just us. A great person on the team.
There was someone, appeared as if a maintainence member of the team, wasn't too approachable...we said hello and he didn't respond back (likely a hearing issue).

Everything: Room smelled HORRIBLE! Sheets were dirty! Floor was dirty! Bathroom sink drain was held together with black electrical tape! Rust on the bathroom door hinges. When we turned the heater on, it immediately smelled like burnt hair & smelled like the room was going to burn down. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Convenient place to stay close to NYC (45 min). Really clean room. Very kind and professional staff, with special mention to the reception lady, very helpful and competent.

Staff were helpful in providing a better room the 2nd night.
1st room we were given was in a really poor location near the lobby and next to public restrooms which we could hear constant flushing, and the view was non existent, looked right into the lobby. We requested another room the 2nd night and got a.much better one on the 6th floor. Thr first night, there were many disruptive and impolite guests at the hotel blaring music and talking loudly in the hallway at 3am! Couldn't sleep. I had to call the front desk. Someone was pounding on a door, presumably to make the person blaring the music stop. Just ridiculous and unpleasant overall. The next morning a rude guest knocked on our door to ask In rude way if we had a rollaway bed and when I said no she just looked at me like she was waiting for me to give more details.

the room was great. clean and the beds were very comfy
we went to have breakfast at 9:30 and ALL the hot food was gone. there were quite a few people that had just gotten there and NO staff to speak to except the woman at the desk and she just said I'm sure they'll replenish??? after waiting a little bit we left and had to find somewhere to eat. we are disappointed.

Nous avions une chambre avec 2 lits. Cependant, une seule chaise. Il aurait été agréable d'avoir une 2e chaise (ou fauteuil).
Une suggestion : Il y aurait lieu d'ajouter un mini frigo.

We waited at the desk for 45 mins. They couldn't find out reservations. We even provided the booking sheets for proof that we paid. I pd thru booking.com and they pd thru air miles.
Our friend had to call air miles and talk to them. It was a bad start to the day. Check in process should have been a lot quicker with no issues.

We actually checked out on the 7th. The staff at this hotel are fantastic! Ahmed at the front desk, is so very personable and kind. The cleaning lady’s we encountered on our floor were very sweet/helpful. Very comfortable beds. The breakfast spread is awesome. We have Hiltons Honors and we’re able to use the pool/fitness area in the joined Hilton. Security in the parking lot at night. We will definitely choose this hotel to stay in next time we visit family. Sadly I forgot to take pics.
