Would like something back for the cold pool that me an my wife went to stay for you for v day

The atmosphere was very nice

The pool was very cold and the guy that waited on us for breakfast was very rude

The Desmond provides travelers a restful and relaxing hotel with a friendly and helpful staff.

After traveling for 6 hours it was so nice to have a full service restaurant in house open ( open late into the evening) with a good selection from appetizers to entrees. We loved not haveing to leave the hotel in search of dinner. Also again having a hearty breakfast before getting on the road was a wonderful amenity. The staff at the front desk and the entire restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.

Location, community space, staff was excellent.

Room looked at an interior brick wall, with a side glimpse of the atrium. You could hear everything going on in the hall. Doors, people talking, doors closing. Obviously, a busy event hotel.

Really comfortable- great accommodations- great staff. Would definitely recommend.

The room was a great price- nice bathroom. Water was hot and great water pressure. Also, the bathroom toiletries provided were the best I have ever used. There was an adorable balcony off the bedroom with French doors leading out to the space which overlooked a courtyard. It was all super charming.

What a pleasure! Passing through after a long drive, it was spotlessly clean, staff were lovely and food from the restaurant was great. It was an experience as much as it was a place to sleep after a long day.

staff were pleasant and made effort to resolve problems

one of the rooms had a non working toilet. Another room had a bug that fell from the ceiling to one of the guests' arm

A very ritzy hotel, but the guests were rude and made our stay not as enjoyable as it could have.

Staff was kind. Room was clean. Mr. D’s Restaurant and staff were awesome!

Asked for a room off of the courtyard. But couldn’t really see the courtyard from our room. People smoked in the rooms close to ours and stunk up our room. And people talked loud and slammed doors late into the night.

This hotel was outstanding in every way. The restaurant was very attentive to my food allergies. The staff was outstanding and breakfast was very good. I will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Everything was great, the room was great, the food was great, and everything was great. The beds were great as well. The gym was great and the pool was great.

There was nothing not to like.

Overall, great stay!

The hotel was very well taken care. Super clean which is most important to me. The breakfast was extra but it was delicious, you could tell it was fresh.

Only compliant, the bed sheets. They were immaculate but not soft.
