Bel endroit mais bien trop cher . Le rapport qualité /prix n'est pas à la hauteur.

Le site, Belle chambre L'espace aquatique. La mise à disposition gratuitement de paddles, canots, kayak. La plage et les transats La carte des petits déjeuners possibles et diversifiés. observation de l'ours et promenade en rabaska

Le manque de disponibilité et de sourire du personnel. Endroit qui manque de chaleur humaine. De notre chambre 14, on entendait tous les bruits venant de la cuisine parfois jusque 23H30. Information donnée à l'acceuil aucune prise en compte du responsable. Pas même une excuse. Le prix élevé des activités proposées. La carte des repas, beaucoup de snacking, plats peu raffinés, services long, plat très salé. Le petit déjeuner était à la carte, le temps d'avoir son petit déjeuner le café est froid voire terminé... Le rapport qualité/prix est très élevé. Dommage car l'endroit est magnifique et l'établissement très beau.

A place to come back.

Good choices for meals and very affordable. I enjoyed having for free access to pedal boat and kayak. The beach is calm and perfect. The lake is just exceptional and the place is beautiful. I just appreciate a lot that this place is still affordable.

Perfect place for a family time in nature

Fast service at restaurant. Location, beautiful scenery. Included water sport equipment with the stay. Friendliness of staff members. Variety of activities to do.

Activities were expensive. Having to ask for coffee in the room. Rooms are not cleaned during the stay. Menu is expensive for supper. Breakfast should be included.

A second disappointing experience !

Hotel very nicely located near a small lake. we arrived very late (1.00 am) and really appreciated that someone was expecting us.

Rooms and beds are small and dated. The confort level is not up to the price paid (200 € fir 1 night). Regarding activities, we returned to this place because we had a nice experience back in 2019. I have to say we were rather disappointed by the new « amateur » mentality of the technical staff providing boats, motors and fishing equipment: we had to interrupt our activities 2 times during the first day because the first time the fishing rod was defective and the second time because the battery ran out of power. it seems pretty much all about money! we paid in total 800€ for 1 night and 1.5 days of fishing for 2 people! you pay everything : boat, motor, ice, rods, worms ( beware only 15 per box), etc.. the second day we went to a special lake for « big catches » and paid 300€ for half a day / 2 people during which we caught 10 cat fish and not a single trout….Luckily the first day had been much better (8 trouts). I know covid has been tough, but it looks like that they are trying to catch up on customers shoulders! one last comment: for everything you need (even for ice) you must go to the reception first to pay and then come back to the other location to get you stuff! very old school type of organization.. in short : a second disappointing experience.

it's worth the detour

it is a very luxirious outfitter. the food is outstanding, the service impeccable. Amazing facility worth the detour!
