It is so close to the Summit and Downtown Reno.
The rooms are spacious and the Breakfast Buffet is very good.
5.0
The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The waiter for breakfast was very polite and friendly.
The one main reasons we booked this hotel was for the pool and jacuzzi. Once we checked in they told us that the door to the pool stopped working so we couldn’t even go swimming. Our rooms were facing the road and the noise was very loud.

They were very accommodating with our need to have our car as close to our room as possible as my husband is well.
It was a little expensive in comparison to other places. It's very worth being a Hilton member though. .
9.0
Beds were very comfortable. The room was clean, large and appointed well.
They charge for parking each night. I don't think this is necessary because it has a large, open parking lot surrounding the hotel.

Didn't eat breakfast. It was across the street from the hospital
Price was high.Staff argued my prepaid booking.com reservation wasn't prepaid. Lots of noise in floor above me. Hot tub was out of service

Location was very convenient close to freeway and many stores. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Two of the staff were were nice and helpful......though some others were beyond "bad."
Some of the staff was beyond rude and others were unresponsive and ignored messages that were sent to them. We were supposed to be part of a "wedding package" but was unable to use the link and the code when we were traveling overseas for 2 months so we booked thru booking.com. I contacted the hotel several times to let them know that we were there for the wedding and would appreciate an earlier check-in than 3PM because the bus to take guests to the wedding site was leaving at 3:30PM. One staff in particular was not only rude and hostile and basically called me a liar and emphasized that the Hilton website worked worldwide so there will be no reason for me not to be able to make my reservation using the wedding code. I guess he thought I was real dumb because I am not sure why I would chose to pay significantly more thru booking.com if I could get a much better fare with the "wedding package." The interaction with this individual was so unpleasant and hostile that one of the staff took upon herself not to charge us for breakfast!!! This made a bad ending to a lovely weekend with friends and family....and it was totally UNNECESSARY,

Location was good. Staff friendly, but difficult to understand. It was clean.
Housekeeping staff woke us up at 720am on Sunday talking loudly on walkie talkies outside our room. They were loudly cleaning rooms around us and slamming doors. We ended up just getting up early and checking out as you could hear every noise. Breakfast was mediocare and not complimentary. Expected more for the high room rates.

Clean room with easy access from parking lication.
There was no Restaurant, even though a sign in the lobby refers to dinner service hours. A disappointment.
7.0
accommodating staff and clean room, bedding and bathroom
the free breakfast was all grains, dairy and refined carbs with no protein. The menu is way over priced!

Parking was paid in the hotel that normally don’t happen also as breakfast was included but has to clarify the staff. Also breakfast was not good at all.

The facility was clean and near my training location.
The bed was uncomfortable. Lumpy mattress. When I booked with Booking.com I selected the room with breakfast that appeared to be included in the quoted price, but the hotel claimed it was not. They also charged for parking in their parking lot, which is unheard of in the Reno community. There were plenty of spaces, it's not like parking is a premium in this area.

I have stayed here before and had nice experience
The staff was rude gave us a dirty pet room. we clearly had no pets or had marked that we wanted a pets room. We were given looks like we didn’t belong in that hotel. The looks felt racist.

Very clean and quiet. Loved the rooms and slept well.
Cost...225 with taxes and parking for us to be in the room from 3 pm to 10 am. Used to be reasonably pricex.
