Breakfast was awful. Watery eggs undercooked meat ran out of hard boiled eggs plain bread for toast watery coffee. Paper plates plastic utensils.

Housekeeping is every other day- just made bed. Nothing replenished in bathroom.

We paid the extra money for the extra details and quality and this location was not worth it.

Hampton Inn has given us an expectation of quality and amenities, this location did ok. Our room was great, very spacious, clean and comfortable. We were on the 4th floor and we're very pleased with the speed of the elevators. We appreciated most of the staff speaking and understanding English. The parking lot was well lit and the side entrance was very helpful in the rain.

We've stayed at 6 Hamptons in the last 18 months and 4/6 didn't have cookies in the lobby. If it's a company thing, then make it a company thing! The lobby had fresh hot coffee available, but not cold/ice water. The eggs at breakfast,though plentiful, didn't taste good. This may be a personal preference, but other locations have been good. When charging $300+/night details matter.

The shower kept clogging and we did not have enough towels, BUT the staff remedied the towel situation right away.

Our stay was excellent! I would recommend this property

I was very pleased with how clean everything was. Breakfast was really good fresh and the staff was on top of everything. Refilling condiments food and coffee and cleaning up.

Water for showers were a little cold but they had a hot water heater problem and it was fixed before we left. The bathroom needs to be a bit bigger or have the toilet separate from the shower.

Excellent stay, close to everything but up on a hill away from the hustle and bustle

It was clean and the staff was friendly. It was nice to be able to go downstairs and get breakfast and coffee in the morning. The best part was it was pet friendly so we didn’t have to leave our dog home.

No outdoor pool and the jacuzzi was broken but they were working on the repairs

Une honte de laisser un hôtel ouvert pendant des travaux !

Nous avons loué une suite pour une famille. La suite était confortable. La Salle de bain pas top mais pour une nuit ça allait.

Gros souci à l’arrivée, l’hôtel était en travaux . Nous n’avons pas été prévenu sinon j aurai annuler direct et changer d’hôtel. Je ne vous conseille pas d’y aller sur cette période avril mai 2024 si vous avez récemment réservé, annuler tout de suite. Petit déjeuner dans le froid avec les gars qui bossait dans la salle du petit dej…. Première expérience négative depuis que je suis chez Booking.

It is really a great place to stay.. very quiet even with the highway nearby.

Everything, very clean comfortable staff were welcoming.. overall a great place.. even with renovations going on during our stay it wasn’t messy at all everything was kept very clean.. my family really enjoyed it.

The woman in the breakfast area constantly swearing in front of my kids because there was a mess on the floor !

Tired and worn facility that’s getting some needed attention, infortunately it is during the hours when guests are there

Location

Construction noise from work on adjacent units was annoying when we arrived 5:30-6:00 and again the next morning. Should not be drilling into walls and hammering between check-in and check-out hours! As a courtesy to guests, at least post this problem online so they can consider alternate arrangements during this construction.

The staff are amazing and accommodating! I liked the fact that the quality of coffee was great and is available throughout out the day. Including tea.

It was 3 of us. They should have a sofa in each room. My son had to sleep on the floor because they didn’t have the room with sofa available.

Beautiful fire pit, staff was very accommodating and friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable, they had printed sheets of dining suggestions that made deciding where to eat so easy and efficient.

Not impressed. And the staff could have cared less

The beds where comfy and the outside was nice with the fire pit.

Alot could have been better. When I got there my room had a smell of cigarettes which it was a non-smoking hotel. The air conditioner unit had mold on it The beds had strands of hair on the sheets there was trash still in the bin from the guests previous. The top of the counter where the refrigerator was had sticky rings from the guests previous. I had told the front desk asked if we could have a different room she told me no there was no other rooms then. The hot tub worked one day and then was under maintenance for the rest of the time due to what somebody had said was bacteria issues the pool was absolutely filthy there was hair all over the place. Big chunks of black hair there was a rusty nail in the pool. They had coffee and hot water out every night The coffee was always ice cold. It's a dog friendly hotel and that's all you could hear was dogs barking everywhere. When I went down to the front desk there was another couple having a lot of the same complaints I spoke to other guests as well and they all had the same complaints. The real issue is if you went to any of the staff they didn't care at all or do anything.

We love the outdor facilities, also that is pet friendly, coffe and tea all day and the breakfast was so good

Even is not near of the lake, we like the privacy of the hotel so if you are looking for a getaway from noise this is the right place , the only think we didn't love was the view of my room , next time I'll chek the room options before booking 😀 😉

The property was set back from Canada St, so it felt secluded. The property was clean and nicely updated. We will be staying again.

For the price would not stay again.

The gym had a Peloton bike and the location is great.

Old room, not super clean, house keeping made zero effort to make beds, didn’t even take our trash, breakfast buffet very limited and low quality.

Great spot in lake George close to lots of attractions with great staff.

The staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. The pool was a comfortable temperature and everything was clean and accessible.

so clean! extremely friendly staff, went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed it and being 8 months pregnant the jacuzzi was my favorite spot!
