The spa tub in our room wasn't the cleanest. There was no mini fridge or microwave in the room.

Hotel was clean and quiet and conveniently located to what I needed

Bathtub was slippery when I showered. Was not informed I could have requested a shower mat. Trashcan in room was very small.

they did not give us the room we booked. my 6’2” son had to sleep on a cot. I didn’t get what I paid for.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The room was cozy.

Breakfast is not included. However. I booked a room and paid the extra money for breakfast for my party of 3. We went to eat breakfast and when we were done, they asked how we were going to pay. They said coupons are normally handed out for guests with breakfast. I had to show her my booking confirmation, she said this has to do with 3rd party booking (booking.com) There are no vending machines. You have to buy snacks and drinks from their little "market" inside, 3 pops cost 13 dollars. There is a hot tub, the jets don't work. We got a 2 queen bed room. And they were full beds.

The air quality in our room wasn't the greatest. There was a fan in closet to use but it was way too stuffy in toom to sleep that night.

Grubby hotel, staff unfriendly, food cold and breakfast buffet was disorganized.

The location was great, the only positive aspect of this particular hotel.

Check in staff disinterested. Food at event was stone cold at the buffet. Next morning the Breakfast buffet as a mess with only 1 staff member available to get cutlery, coffee or anything else you needed, which was a lot as the tables lacked cutlery, milk, butter etc. Buffet food quality was not good. Walls between rooms very thin, we could hear conversations clearly. Definitely not worth the price charged.
