An average place to rest your head

Great central location. Nice pool. Average price. Staff were very friendly, helpful and bilingual

Hot tub jets didn’t work and was quite dirty. Latch on room did not work which as a single woman travelling with kids made me very uncomfortable. Room was missing some amenities. Coffee maker, kettle etc. Breakfast was continental, not hot (we ate elsewhere)

Pillows were the size of cushions, half the size of standard pillows

Location was great

The day staff, we arrived a little early and she said no, can’t check in till 3, wouldn’t even take our name. When we checked out the person in front of us expressed concern about losing some thing and she simply said we are not responsible, offered no assistance. Very poor customer service!!!!

The staff was very friendly and overall, the hotel was comfortable.

The room was comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast. I was pleased with the air-conditioning which contributed to the room comfort.

The price could have been somewhat cheaper.

Déception totale !

Absolument rien !

La propreté laisse à désirer. Déjeuner: uniquement des rôtis et un œuf à la coque, où est le déjeuner chaud ? Très mal insonorisé. Aurait besoin de beaucoup de rafraîchissement.

I will go backfor the convenience offthe hwy when travelling

didnt use pool , room was good ,breakfast was a light offering but ok

staff could have been alittle freindlier

We enjoyed from our stay and my kids liked it.

The room very clean and services was so good, the pool my kids enjoyed very well. and we are very happy from our stay.

we didn't see anything bad to write here. it was all good

$285 in Emundston not worthy.the carpet make me sneeze.

The swimming pool had green mold on the tiles . We didn’t want to swim because it didn’t look like it was properly cleaned. Hot tub was clean. It’s a shame that the pool was not taken care of

Great location. Easy check in/out. Clean room.

Breakfast was extremely basic. Could have had a bit more variety such as variety of fruit, muffins/pastries etc. Over priced for place.

Location was great.

Breakfast was horrible. We didn’t even eat there because there was very little selection. And the Tipsy Moose needs to get rid of their fish option if they’re not going to sell REAL FISH!! That was frozen fish sticks and it was disgusting.

Between room and restaurant not good at all.

Not much. Too many stairs, no elevator. No coffee machine, fridge or microwave. Breakfast was much to be desired.

Decent but the overpriced for what we got.

The staff was nice but not overly helpful.

Toilet handle had to be held down forever the flush. The water pressure could not rinse the shampoo out of my hair. Breakfast was pathetic and the breakfast staff was rude

One visit was plenty

Location was right off of the highway which was convenient. The pool area wasn't too bad. It was nice having a fridge and microwave in the room! The lady helping with breakfast was quiet at first but ended up being really sweet! The room size was actually quite decent.

The room was quite dingy feeling. We were in a pet friendly room as we were traveling with our dog and she had an obsession with smelling the corner of a bed. I'm guessing a previous pooch lifted a leg against the bed. Breakfast was something... The only hot item was hard boiled eggs floating in warm water in a Crock-Pot.. Everything is outdated and not well lit. Oh and don't forget to grab pool towels as they aren't actually at the pool. Hot tub was tinted a colour but we took our chances. No soaps in the shower area at the pool.

Good value and friendly staff.

Staff was polite and the room was fine although a tad cold.

We had an issue with ants. Hundreds of tiny ants which I suspect were enticed by my cat’s food. We were in a pet friendly room.

I was extremely disappointed with our stay.

the staff were friendly and helpful. the locations was perfect.

except for the staff, i did not like any thing about the property or my stay. the room was extremely cold - my daughter slept in her jacket. I felt unsafe because the door leading into the building did not close properly. the breakfast was pitiful.

Good stop

Great location when traveling from Ontario to the east coast for a stop.

The room was very cold as the heater wasn't turned on. It warmed up eventually after I turned it on high.
