Correct on avait pas payé cher et ça semblait propre

Propre mais vieux. Si pas cher c’est ok. Bon déjeuner.

La clé pour l’ascenseur. Resto fermé temporairement. Alarme qui a sonné sans arrêt au lobby. Douche pas de pression et marques dans le fond du bain

Never again to this hotel.

Breakfast

The AC did not work. The room temperature was approx. 30 degrees "C" There was no fan in the bathroom We found a live cockroach in the room, which we killed and reported to the staff. At peak check-in time there was only one (1) staff member on duty with appox. a dozen guests waiting to be served.

Terrible stay in Tinmins

Rooms were big. Staff were very nice.

1. Very outdated hotel. This hotel used to be the jewel of Timmins but the maintenance has been disregarded. The hotel is in major disrepair. 2. The hotel is situated in the downtown core of Timmins which is now a very rough area. There are allot of drug addicts lurking around the hotel during the day and at night. 3. There were drunk and high patrons on our floor that were screaming at all hours of the night. I was traveling with my elderly parents, who had their own room, and did not feel safe due to the yelling and the rough environment. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Should be your last option to try this

The elevator were like a a torture every time as the key card doesn't work for atleast a few times. The parking garrage was closed at 11 pm after which it will be a headache for you to get your car out if you have to leave somewhere urgently. The price was too high as per the facility.

The location is very much Downtonw and parking is easy and free. Although parking area is not safe

The Hotel technically stinks and parking is the worst in smell

Horrible stay

Absolutely nothing good about this place

I would give this place 0/5 stars if I could we were a bit scared to stay here, a lot of sketchy people walking around and in the parking garage. Did not feel safe at all. As previous reviews said, the security cameras in the parking area do not work. We also had a hard time looking for the entrance. The building looks very run down. We were unable to get a refund. Do not stay at this hotel!

DONT STAY HERE PLEASE!

Please save yourself the money & time and DO NOT stay here!!! VERY SKETCHY AREA, parking garage not secure, lots of red flags. homeless people everywhere and drug addicts hanging around by the hotel and just in this specific area. they are hanging around the parking garage entrance because they want to rob you! Stayed here Oct 7-8 2022 with my boyfriend and our 2 babies. we woke up to our car broken into and stuff stolen! while we still had a long ways to go! and all the auto glasses shops were closed bc of thanksgiving forcing us to tape the window until we arrive in Alberta. and my poor boyfriend tried his best to clean the glass out but couldn’t get all of it. even some glass got on my 1 year old’s car seat! heartless Mfers don’t care if you have kids or not. front desk staff was no help and they didn’t even care!! avoid timmins all together if you can! car robberies are apparently common , but nobody warned us! not to mention the rooms were outdated & not the cleanest! I highly regret not looking more into the reviews before booking here. like honestly I have so much regret. what if’s keep going through my head. we didn’t deserve this at all.

Pay a little bit more and go somewhere else

location

toilet not bolted down mildew in bathtub no control on room temperature (froze most the time) electronic key card no working 80% of the time pool was advertised, but not in service We booked two room for one family, thought I was getting communication rooms but no. They were one beside the other but didn’t have the door to communicate parking lot not secured (a other guess car was broken into)

Great. Would stay again

Breakfast was above expectation included both hot & cold meal. The location wasn't in the safest area. Many beggers approaching as I drove up to the property very frightening. Be very aware of your environment & your belongings. Holiday inn was at the adjacent corner. Same issues I suspect. No issues apart from that.

The elevator key was a bit problematic
