Excellent value for location, views of the water and a wonderful meal in the dining room.

The view was incredible and we did ask for an end unit for easy access to walk our dog and take out for pees. It was beautiful. Loved the gazebo across the street to gaze at the full moon. We would definitely go back there.

Booking.com was a bit of a pain as I paid on line with Credit Card and when checking out, the motel still didn't have our payment. It has been happening to them lately with booking.com and I was on the phone trying to confirm credit card payment on line on a Sunday morning, no one answering the phone for credit card payments. Finally, the motel finally received the funds while we were there.

Outstanding staff and great location and good view. However, very disappointed with wifi

The staff (Gertrude in particular) was OUTSTANDING. I got a lot of good tips on Cabot Trail from Gertrude. Location was good as it was very close to the trail. There is a nice restaurant which serves good breakfast till 8pm in the evening. There is a little deck that oversees the highway and water and it was lovely.

I was quite disappointed with the wifi. It is spotty depending on time and perhaps how others use the wifi as well. I happened to speak with another guest and they noticed the same thing.

A clean comfortable stay with great views.

The location was great with a lovely view of the lake. The bed was comfortable.

The wifi was fine early in the day but became almost unusable in the evening when the motel filled up. A higher speed connection is needed to support the number of guests that were there.

The view would’ve been perfect if we were in the room that we originally booked.

We booked our stay at this hotel back 2.5 months before we arrived we added in our notes during booking that we had a dog with us. Upon arrival they said they had no idea and that we couldn’t stay in the room which we had booked because they don’t allow animals in it so we had to stay in a room with 2 double beds in which me and my spouse had to stay in separate because I am a very large man. Needless to say we were very displeased with this situation.

It was a nice motel located conveniently at the end of the cabot trail. The staff were excellent and very helpful and breakfast while not included, was hearty and in the attached restaurant.. i would highly recommend the motel..

Overpriced Even with the Double Discount on Booking.com

It was Clean. Lady on desk at night was friendly. Nice location. Definitely Not worth $143 per night. This is NOT the Radisson Inn.

No food on premises after 8pm. NO VENDING MACHINES ON SITE. This sucks for late arrivals to the motel. While checking in, people from 2 different rooms asked the front desk staff for any food and there was no place to get any on site as the cafe shut down at 8pm. Very Uncomfortable and Dated beds. Beds were older then my 83 y/o nan's in the pet friendly room and it was pretty uncomfortable. BUT, The lady on front desk was friendly. Just a really dated motel that has apparently been upgraded very cheaply to look new but it TRULY is NOT worth $143.00 a night for a Pet friendly room when all hotels in the area have free pet stays, DUE to them all having to sanitize the rooms after each guest leaves anyways. This 1 night here cost 50% more then most of our stays at best westerns, super 8's and other motels on my travels. There are several motels in this area under $100 per nite (free pets) and they all have snack machines for use by their guests 24/7. It is not hard at all to get vending machines placed inside any hotels/motels... You just need to care about your guests needs more then you care about their wallets.

Would book again!!

No fault of the motel but next door couple were having a major domestic fight and it went on for a very long time which meant getting to sleep was impossible.
