We had a unit way in the back this time so longer to get there. Bed was not as comfortable as it has been.

It was close to everything, clean and comfy..

While we were there the fire alarms went off at 12am. We were outside for about an hour or so. Said we could go back inside when the alarms were still going off. Should of let us stay for an extra hour or so because of that but didn't.

Great 2 bedroom 2 bathroom hotel getaway

Townhouse style hotel room with an upstairs bedroom/bathroom and a pullout sofa bed in the living room. Has a kitchen with table and chairs, mini fridge, and microwave. On site arcade and recreation center, pool, hot tub and more.

The wall in the bedroom was dirty and not properly cleaned. Not a big deal.

all in all, a very good stay. everything in the room was spotless. the kitchen had everything we needed . the property

once we found it, there was a lovely seating area on a large pond.

the lighting in the room was dim. it was impossible to get out of the shower in the bathtub without getting my hair wet. they should have provided a shower cap.

Great weekend

I loved the Music at the restaurant, the group was amazing. The pool area was warm and nice.

Had no breakfast and the hot pool was extremely hot, the temperature could be more comfortable.

Incredible Escape!

The room was amazing and the view was beautiful! This was a weekend escape for my family and I, we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi tremendously!

My only complaint would be the comfort of the bed but, I do feel that is a preference type complaint.

The room was very clean, we 99% of it. The couch and bed were comfortable.

There were someone else’s hairs on the edge of the bathtub, gross. I signed up for the fast Internet at $6 a day. When I couldn’t get it to work I called the front desk and they told me that I couldn’t use it because they don’t have the bandwidth. I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone to get a refund I was on the second floor, no elevator, 3 trips up and down to get my luggage up. No staircase near my room. Friday night we went to go to the restaurant and found out that no one showed up to open it.

Over all good except for the weather. We got rained every day of our stay.

The staff was accommodating.
