It’s what you would expect for the price.
The room although a little run down was decent.
The front of the hotel is very run down but the rooms in the back are fine.

A complete waste of money
The bathroom was clean, so kudos to the cleaning staff. It"s pretty much the ONLY positive thing I can say about the place. I suppose the location could be called "convenient", and there's ample free parking.
At that price, I didn't expect a 5-star hotel, but I don't think I got anywhere near what I paid for either. The room was shabby and supposedly non-smoking, but even the smell of bleach in the bathroom couldn't mask what was either a previous guest not getting the memo or decades of cigarette smoke baked into the walls. The television and cable box didn't work, or maybe the remote didn't. I didn't try the wifi. I can't remember if the listing on booking.com advertises the bar, restaurant or pool, but all of them are closed. What's left of the pool would make a great set for a zombie series. The booking.com listing said "pets welcome at no charge", but when I got there, the manager explained that "pets" should be understood as "small pets", not my 50-lb dog. I was slapped with a $10 surcharge, and lectured about barking dogs disturbing other guests. I'd booked the room because of an ice storm and power outage at my home. When I got notified that power was back, I grabbed the dog and left without a backward glance. I can therefore provide no insight about the level of quiet at night.

Passable
No breakfast provided. Which was not included.
House keeping was poor. ceiling is cracked. scare to sleep under that ceiling. TV box's door does not open wide. Can not watch tv properly by sitting on the couch. To that location very hard to get Uber. Shower water has poor pressure. The amount I spent it is not worth for that room.

It's a comfy bed for a quick overnight trip
The room was very clean, the bed comfy and I felt safe as a solo traveler.it was very quiet at night.
There was two burnt out lights in my room, the building is very old and dated and old Reno's and repairs were obvious, and paint was peeling abit. The building across from mine was SKETCHY but there was enough newer vehicles and people around I didn't feel unsafe, and it was very quiet. My choices were this for 100$/night or holiday inn for 250$ a night.

price was right, cleaner than other reviews led me to believe

Very poor
I was desappointed about the look. It was'nt as I saw on the picture even if they provide me another room. The design is more like 70's instead of 2022.
