Stay could've been better. Much nicer the last time I visited Daytona.

The breakfast was warm. The breakfast staff was courteous and friendly.

The room had an unpleasant odor, located at the end of the hall in a corner more suited for ppl with pets. The view of the ocean was okay but the patio looked unsafe, didn't feel safe sitting outside.

Loved the beach out back and the beach view!!

The elevators were kind of sketchy, they made lots of noise and didn't feel the safest, but it didn't affect my opinion of my stay. I had a great time.

we really like the hotel that it was a ocean view in every room and the balconies were nice with chairs to sit on. everything was good except the bed was a little hard.

we really didn't like that on booking.com there was no information that there was no pool there. that was one of the main reasons we went for that and the beach. so we asked for a refund and they said no refund that we should have looked on their website. we were very disappointed in this since we have our young son with us who really wanted to go in the pool and we did too just to relax. we wanted to go to another hotel but we weren't able to because we could not get a refund. you should really update the information on your website because we would have never stayed there if we knew there wasn't a pool there

No pool. Booking site said pool and beach under construction until January of 2023. It was not. We assumed everything was back together after the hurricane from info from this site. It was not Very dissatisfied with no pool. I would have booked somewhere else if I knew there was no pool.

hotel was dirty, smelled horribly. facilities outside are destroyed, and the photos were not accurate. staff was extremely rude, and not considerate at all. I do NOT recommend, steer clear. they also do not understand English!

Would definitely stay here again

Breakfast was good. Had lots of options for everyone. Our room view was wonderful!

I didn't see anywhere when checking on the hotel that the pool was not available. Due to hurricane Ian there is still a lot of destruction and the pool doesn't exist. This should be listed as some of the hotels still have functioning pools.

Awful, I couldn't stay, my mom is disabled and handicap, it wasn't safe.

Staff was nice

It was dangerous, awful disaster on the patio, pool, no safe walking g deck, no safe walking to the beach, no beach area, full of forklifts and tractors. Your site won't let me pick the pictures were not accurate to the hotel, not at all. But your site won't let me pick it.

Shame that hurricane damaged pool and beach access. Beach was accessible through park next door. Should have been notified in advance. Room was still a great value with spectacular views.

Front desk girl was rude! Alarm went off in room she wouldn't move us. Elevator stopped. She hung up on me. No pool and advertised there was one. Terrible location. Nothing nearby!

The devastation from the two hurricanes last September is obviously a tragic disaster. Through the fault of nature, there was literally no pool deck because both had collapsed into the beach. The reason I did not give excellence because there was no convenient access to the beach from the hotel.

Booking.com did not update their site that the Daytona Holiday Inn Express pool and patio and beach access were demolished and not accessible for our family which is the whole reason we booked this hotel. Booking.com site said all would be ready by January 1st 2023 which is false information. We paid almost $200 including parking and could not use the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and apologetic as to the facility not being up to par

The facility had damage from the hurricane which I know they had nothing to do with! However my issue lies with Booking.com for no mention of this when I had been searching for a place . Had I known that we would not have access to the beach or even the pool I would certainly chosen a different place!
