Comfortable homey feel..

Breakfast was awesome..room clean..host friendly..

A/C unit was weak..took along time to provide cooling.Traffic noise noticeable.

Very comfortable room, friendly host, great breakfast

Our host was very friendly and knowledgeable when he interacted with guests at breakfast. The breakfast and Lattes were very well prepared, and presented. The set up in the breakfast area was great, I met and chatted with interesting travelers on both mornings. I was a bit concerned about noise when I realized how close the house is to the Old Princeton Hwy, but it was nice and quiet during the night.

Only minor things 1) it would be nice to have shower gel provided (only one small bar of soap) 2) I expected to have a box of tissues provided. 3) TV - first evening I could not get into Netflix, when I mentioned it at breakfast, he offered to check out during the day. He let me know it was fixed, and I was able to watch the second evening.

Pleasant

Very clean and comfortable.

There was lots of noise above the room until at least 11:00PM. My friend and I were knackered from working hard long hours, we went to bed around 9:30pm ready to rest and start fresh the next day but we couldn't fall asleep with all the noise gong on above us. As advertised, we were expecting a mountain view at wake-up time - ....there was none!

I loved the comfy feeling, the decor was really nice , bed was really comfortable.

Couldn't rent movies , fire place was abit loud there was a clicking sound that made it annoying. Was not enough hot water to have a shower kept switching back to cold

Exceptional

Private house renovated into motel. Has separate rented rooms. Self checking and self check out, very clean. Serenity room is on the first floor and has separate entrance plus exit to patio. I travel to Hope once or twice a month by business. Cheeked several motels. This one is the best of what I saw.

I travel alone. The room is set for 6 people. A little to much of furniture for me personally (two double beds and one sofa bed) . Again, the room is not dedicated for a single traveler.

This did not meet our expectations of what a B & B should be.

There was no breakfast. Breakfasts stopped the day we arrived.

Had to lug our suitcases up steps to our room. No contact with hosts, as everything was self-sign-in. No breakfast. Confirmation number sent did not work to allow us entry. When we checked emails, another number was sent that worked.

Lovely place to stay

Such a lovely little spot! Very clean and comfortable. The service was extremely fast and easy as well - would recommend to anyone.

Relaxed, easy, they were so quick sorting everything out.

120 metres from Mountainview brewing co. An easy walk into town if you like. Very happy with the Evergreen and would go again.

The room is nice. It is comfortable but some housekeeping is to be expected during a three day stay

During three days there was NO housekeeping. Two of three lights in the bathroom were burnt out and visibility there was poor. The coffee machine produces a very weak brew.

Good little place to crash in Hope. The suite was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our hikes in the area. Be warned that check-in times are limited and not super accommodating - we had a lot of extra stress after running into some travel delays on the long weekend. It all worked out in the end.

Superb

The room was spacious and clean and we had everything we needed. The welcome booklet also had great local activity suggestions. My girlfriend and would recommend the place if you are passing by Hope!

A great place to stay and a friendly town to check out!

Big room - nicely decorated and comfy beds. They have put together a very good welcome guide. We would come back and stay again so we can check out the area.

We had a bottom floor suite and could hear the upstairs guests walking around. Not a big problem- we would request an upper suite next time.

Clean and comfortable but proprietor needs to work on people skills.

Cleanliness and central location.

Owner berated us for not reading all 3 of his emails. Way too many rules and instructions on what to do and not do. Seemed like we were being treated like children. This cast a shadow over the stay and not feeling relaxed. Rooms named Serenity and Tranquility, yet they face a busy and noisy main street.
