Close to major attractions.This property is well managed/maintained

The property was well maintained ,super clean,and very friendly and attentive staff from beginning to end.

Muy bien

Cómodo, excelente ubicación, gran cantidad de espacio para parqueo y excelente precio. Puedes ir caminando, unos 10 minutos de old Town, trailers de comida, dolar tree y otras tiendas de interés.

Do atendimento e da limpeza.

Os ar condicionados são antigos e barulhentos. Temos hoje em dia os split, inverter, quente e frio, de marcas como LG, Samsung, etc. que não são caros mas muito eficientes e logo amortizariam o investimento com a economia de energia elétrica, além de agradar muito o hóspede. Senti muita falta de árvores de sombra no hotel inteiro.

Praticidade da localização, da cozinha completa para fazer refeições, do fato se ter mais uma cama na sala para acomodar os filhos.

La parte externa cuando uno la ve se impresiona , pero ya después que estás dentro se ve el cambio . Las almohadas deberían ser más suaves

Best place for a family stay near the parks

It’s very difficult to find fault with this property. Location & facilities are excellent. Huge rooms & a fully equipped kitchen. The appearance of the rooms from outside makes you initially question your choice, but inside they’re great. 10 minutes from Disney parks with tons of restaurants within easy walking distance. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Orlando now.

Perfeitamente adequado para o que havíamos procurado. Ótima localização para a realização de passeios aos parques, outlets e outras atividades, bem como ao translado para o aeroporto. Sem qualquer tipo de rejeição da nossa parte.

La habitación muy cómoda y amplia que permitía tener espacio para todos, con cocina equipada, microoondas y horno eléctrico, además de un lavavajillas. Pero mejor que las instalaciones es el personal desde la recepción hasta las personas que relizan el servicio de habitación, todos muy preocupados de los detalles, desde ofrecerte tapones para oidos si alguien es sensible a los ruidos en parques a hacer funcionar el lavavajillas si olvidaste hacerlo. Excelente opción para tus vacaciones

Ótimo custo benefício é ótimo para brasileiros

Gostei de tudo, fomos em 3 adultos e 3 crianças e a acomodação atendeu bem, atendentes simpáticos e todos falavam português.

Não é que não gostei, mas como ponto de melhoria seria responder mais rápido pelo WhatsApp ou atender o número da recepção, na maioria das vezes chamou, chamou e ninguém atendeu.

Didn't work for our family of 7

The coffee shop on site was delicious and service there was amazing. It is definitely an affordable option and the suites were filled with families so the atmosphere was secure and positive.

Very dated buildings and rooms, cold and industrial looking. We were put in a building far from the main office/game room/coffee shop which I didn't like. I was not too fond of the layout. There were a lot of beds but nowhere for all of us to congregate in one room to hang out as the front room where the TV was had 1 chair and a hard leatherish couch, the bathroom was tiny and insufficient for 7 people. We didn't use the pool but did use the game room and the kids enjoyed that.

The tv in the bedroom was so incredibly small that it was impossible to even read titles on the screen. For a room of that size, the living room tv should have been swapped with the bedroom.

El sonido de las habitaciones del segundo piso, cuando habrían la ducha , lavamanos un sonido fatal, no dejaban todos los artículos de aseo, solo los primeros días.

Ideal para famílias, brasileiras em especial

Fica numa parte tranquila da Internation Drive e tem muita coisa perto. Não era o mais importante, mas o fato de todos na recepção falarem Português fez diferença. Tirando dúvidas, dando orientações, explicando a política de pacotes, tudo fica mais fácil (nem todos no grupo falavam Inglês). A cozinha tem praticamente tudo e limpeza do quarto dia sim dia não, sem falar nas lavanderias (self service) que há nos diversos prédios e também ajudam demais. Checkout também muito simples e rápido, como pagamos antecipadamente foi só fechar o quarto e deixar os cartões de acesso dentro. Não houve surpresas e isso é ótimo!

À primeira vista se estranha caso seu quarto seja num dos prédios mais distantes (sim, há vários e ficamos do outro lado da rua), tudo muito quieto e vizinho de terrenos que não tem nada, mas nada preocupante. O café que fica perto da recepção é bem pequeno e dependendo do horário não dá conta, apesar de ser um bom apoio. O aquecedor fazia um pouco de barulho, mas segurou muito bem o frio.

Melhor custo-benefício de Orlando, espaço amplo e agradável, atendentes são brasileiros.

É o melhor custo-benefício, na região. A equipe é excelente, havia sempre um atendente brasileiro, o que facilita muito o dia a dia. A Maquinha de lavar a U$ 3,00 e secar a U$ 3,00 é muito útil, facilita o dia. O Supermercado Walmart e Restaurante Olive Garden é perto Vale lembrar que em Orlando tudo é longe. A lanchonete próxima a recepção, salva o dia em caso de emergência para um lanche. Mas você é brasileiro não faça refeições, não vai gostar do tempero.

Falta higienização das máquinas, havia muito pelo e sujeiras nas borrachas. A lanchonete próxima a recepção, refeições não é boa.

Front desk staff were helpful.

It was spacious and well equipped. Very clean and cleaned regularly. Convenient location to Disney.

The front air conditioner in the front didn’t work properly, the rear air conditioner only intermittently. We were in Building G and it was very noisy from the back street along Old Town. Noisy music, racing cars, early morning garbage trucks.
