Very comfortable. The front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful before check in and during check in.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The full size fridge/freezer was useful as we travel with food.

We have dietary restrictions and usually we are able to see packages of food to see if we are able to eat them for breakfast. I had inquired if I could see the packages of the waffles/pancakes/muffins and the person said they don’t have them and they throw them out.

Good location, comfortable but noisy room

Location, just out of Toronto at Yonge St. Easy access to TTC and to the 404 and 401 by car.

Noisy furnace in the bedroom. Noisy fridge. Internet was not working at all. Breakfast is lower than average.

thieving receptionists who scam people and steal their money. they are engaged in fraud

when i looked at the price it was $153 a night. I didn't book due to some issues, I thought I would go and pay at the hotel. I went to the hotel, I asked the price for one night, they said $317 at the reception. I told her that how could this be? It was $153 in the booking an hour ago. The receptionist didn't believe me. I showed her the price on the phone. The working woman told me that if you want, make a reservation from the booking. from booking again. when I tried to book again, I saw that the price was $202. The reception price increased before I booked. I paid only $256. that woman is deceiving people at the reception and they are engaged in fraud. The conditions in the room are also not good.

I am extremely unhappy with my stay. I was supposed to stay until August 1. Stayed 2 Nights only. Advertising was completely not transparent I booked a room with a full kitchen so that I could cook and it had ZERO cups, plates, cutlery, bowls or pots and pans. When I asked about that they said pots and pans coat $50 extra????????????????? They say they are not a full service hotel but a self service hotel. 1) I don’t know what that means 2) BOOKING.COM should make it completely clear what you are paying for!! There were many added fees that brought the pro final Price up $400. I spoke to the manager and they could have cared less about my feedback or my unhappiness. That took the cake for me. I run courses all over the world on high quality customer service. This for me I rank at the bottom because of the manager’s response to me. I will NEVER stay here again and will write this review on YELP and other places. What place has a full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, fridge and NO anything- BARE kitchen you can’t cook, cut, boil tea… that is the craziest thing I have ever heard of!

the breakfast are not the same quality they used to be They cut back on bagels and they now offer a bowl of cream cheese that everyone breathes over . Very unhygienic as apposed to individual wrapped cheese

EXCELLENT

The property was clean. The front desk staff were very helpful. The room was quite large and spacious. All the facilities including a microwave, coffee maker and fridge were available.

The property was a bit far from the nearest subway station.

Good location on Yonge and Steeles. Close to bus stops and subway that takes you straight to downtown in about 30mins. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfy with a kitchen and living room space, bedroom and bath. Nice city views as well. I would absolutely recommend. Breakfast was average.

Kitchen didn’t have any kitchen utensils or dishwashing liquid. Breakfast could have been better

The fire alarm at 7 a.m was a disturbance. Kept talking via intercom, only to be a false alarm. I had a late check-out, but left before 10 because I couldn't sleep after the constant intercom messages

clean and modern hotel

the first stay I had there was a lot of noise coming from the duct on the very top flower and I came back and stayed again on the 12th floor and it smelled like smoke and they said it’s the heater and it still would smell when keeping it on for a bit then i turned it off because it was making me cough so stayed there with no heat. told the front desk about both stays on the day of plus the shower knob u couldn’t pull all the way up basically the customer service is not good at all they had no respect for our both stays. never got any discount or another room very disappointed of the customer service I would like to hear back from them and offer some sort of voucher because the front desk don’t care at all

Poorly equipped Airbnb masquerading as an upmarket hotel

convenient to North Toronto / Thornhill area

kitchen was totally denuded, requiring a surplus fee on top of an already expensive room rate, just to get so much as a plate or bottle opener. Breakfast was appalling quality, packaged food, replenished by surly, unhelpful staff

Pleasant

- High floor with a view. - The suite was great, very comfortable. - Food and shopping across the driveway.

No smoking on the balconies. I paid extra for a suite with a balcony so I could smoke on it - just to be told I can't :( Also, the balcony is nice, but it's barren and therefore useless: there's no table, no chair, no couch... what are we supposed to do with concrete floor and a railing? We admired the view for 10 seconds, looked at each other, shrugged and went back in. But it cost more.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast, but for 2 weeks that I stayed, it was absolutely the same every day. I stayed on 17th floor with an excellent view.

Room wasn’t vacuumed and dusted every day. However, the towels were changed frequently.

View was fantastic. Spacious with two TV.

The sofa bed wasn't comfortable enough. It doesn't have dish cleaner liquid. The iron pad was broken. The outlets of bedroom did not work. All windows was super dirty.

the view and that my room was somewhat clean everyday

there were no pots, and when asked for pot they gave me a dirty one. went to dollar store to buy dish detergent, mixing spoon and laundry detergent. was glad there was a washer/ dryer there and left my detergent for the next person. just wish they would have shampoo/condition not the cheap shampoo/condition in one and if there is a stove in the room, have some cooking stuff and the block body soap is cheap and no good at all. Expensive for the service.
