Buen hotel. Buena atención.
Ruido en la habitación desde las 7 de la mañana. El hotel descontó una noche por ese inconveniente

Professional and friendly staff. We were Greeted each time, coming or going throughout our weekend stay. View was beautiful, well worth the cost of a deluxe room. Location was great, top restaurants within walking distance and many popular area attractions within a short Uber ride away.

The location was excellent. We were able to walk to our work site everyday and it's in the midst of some of Boston's greatest attractions.
We really disliked the fact that they added a daily $30 plus $4.85 tx "destination fee. Surprise! It's just dishonest not to add that to your daily rate so it's clear what you are going to be paying for your stay.
The TV in our room was very finicky and after calling for help twice, we just put up with it.

Location in the city
Booking through a 3rd party was a nightmare. I've never had a problem before. I was being charged for 2 rooms while I was there when I had cancelled one prior to my trip and had evidence of this. It wasn't resolved until I returned home. Neither the hotel or the 3rd party took responsibility for this. It created a lot of anxiety for a trip that was expensive as it was.

Staff was great. I checked in early. I asked for a specific room I was hoping to get. She made it happen for me. Location is great. Everything is close and walking distance
A lot of money for what you get. Your paying more for location, not luxury

The location was excellent-was centrally located to restaurants and historical sites.
It is in an easy walking and safe walking area. Hotel employees excellent! Check in was easy and the doorman was great! We had a great room with a balcony. Our room was clean with a very comfortable bed. When I return to Boston, I will stay at the Boston Bostonian.
Nothing!

The location is fantastic if you want to be close to Faneuil Hall Quincy market, and the Waterfront. The staff were friendly from the front door to the front desk to room service. Room was nice and loved the balcony overlooking Quincy Market.

Our room was old and in desperate need of an update.. The carpet was worn and stained. The bathtub was dirty and stained. Fuses blew constantly.

On the night of July 21-22, at 1:30 a man was knocking loudly and commanding that I open the door. The man's tone and knocking was tremendously aggressive. I was sleeping and had yet to wake up. The man said he was from the front desk. I did not trust this threatening man and told him to leave. Moments later he called my room phone. 'You're not in the system, what's your name' he shouted. And asked repeatedly, urgently and threateningly 'what's your name'. about 7 times consecutively. I did not trust this event at all. Finally I gave my name and was hung up on without a word. I did not sleep again that night, the situation was too threatening and traumatizing. The next morning I complained to the front desk. The only response was ' I'm sorry sir'. This did not remove the threat. Also, my reservation through BOOKING.COM for 4 nights was out of the system. The front desk made changes in the system. Every time I get to my hotel room I am glad my stuff is still there. I don't trust the situation at all. The second night again slept badly because of the feeling of threat. This situation and the lukewarm response from the front desk is really shocking and indigestible. Nothing at all has been done to give me back the confidence that I or my belongings are safe in my hotel room

Breakfast not included. Everything is extra at a $500 a night hotel. Room was dirty, toilet seat was on crooked. The air conditioning was not cold. Last day there was a 5 inch cockroach running across the floor. No one answers the concierge line and the front desk personnel did not know anything about the area, parking, etc.

Great location very nice staff
We got a room on booking.com for the discount because it's much cheaper than booking through the hotel. However when we arrived at the room we noticed why it was so cheap. The shower was broken, the TV didn't work, and our view out the window was a brick wall. We saw beautiful balconies and views of the city in every other room but it seems they save the worst room for booking.com customers . We didn't complain or ask for a new room due to our less than 12 hour stay. Be aware you get what you pay for.

Location was great. Very walkable close to Quincy Market and the Wharf. Large bedrooms with sitting area. Elegant lobby. Water botles provided at lobby. Comfortable beds.
The first night our AC didn't work. Called early morning. Were told it was broken but another technician came and said it was fixable. Had to leave for tour. Were told a room would be set aside for us to switch if necessary upon our return and note left at front desk. Came back, no note and no one knew about our room. Went upstairs to check. Ac was on. Explained to front desk concern and asked if they could verify with technician. Came back at 11:15pm to find our room extremely hot. At that point we requested to be changed. Were given an inferior room category and no assistance or communication other than: "that's all we have" "we are sold out".
When checking out I found a diacrepancy in the charges and pointed out to front desk(refrigerator ordered and prepaid but never received), the person removed one of them but said didn't know why the difference in the other charge was for. Couldn't take it off and would leave a note for manager (apparently they were not there at the time). I asked the persons full name so that when I called I could indicate who I spoke to during the check out process but the perdon refused to provide it saying they weren't comfortable providing that information to me. Then later on told me that usually customers just trust them. I relayed the message that sometimes after you leave it's hard to fix any discrepancies via phone and that that was the only reason I had asked. Nothing more. Afterwards we just left. Obviously the attitude was not Customer service oriented and I just did not wish to finish our vacation on a bad note.
Second room had great working AC.

You misleading people to believe that they buy a view and then there is trash and garbage in-front of window and garbage truck that picks it up every night 3am. The window always opened and have some sort of air condition tube that goes through window. Tried to reason with staff, had most awful deceiving reaction. Worst hotel experience in 10 years.

Loved how central it was to the best parts of the city. Was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. And thankfully, close to the red line, as I was in town for Boston Calling, and it made the trip to and from the Festival very easy.
I have no notes. I loved everything about the hotel
