There were no pots or pans to use in the kitchen

My daughter got extremely sick in the hospital and they did not care would not give my money back I will make sure to tell the 2000 cheer shark families not to ever book there again.

The penthouse 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is beautifully appointed. Great location to all the shops, restaurants and bars. great for 2 friends, 2 couples or family!

Everything from communication, checking in, and process was so smooth. Just note parking is off site and no elevator so if mobility is an issue not the place for you!

Location is OK if you like downtown where all the bars are and the noisy, loud roaming kids who frequent all the bars until late into the night. Clean except for the bathroom tub.

Almost everything: - No hotel reception desk. Entrance door sign says to go to restaurant next door. 20 year-oldish bartender told us how to get in with complicated fob and keypad system. There is nowhere to park and unload your bags to understand this unwelcoming and confusing check-in process - Parking - confusing, far away, dirty and expensive. Should be included since we also ate at average restaurant attached. - STAIRS!!! Hard marble stone stairs to lug all our stuff to the 3rd floor. Very hard on your knees. NO ELEVATOR. Would never stay again just because of this. - Rooms vary - mine sucked. My sister's was slightly better. DO NOT STAY IN ROOM 301 - the very last room at the end of the hallway. Small, dark and kind of separated into 2 rooms where air conditioning doesn't reach into the small cramped, noisy bedroom part that has about 6 inches from the wall and the end of the bed. It was stiflingly hot in the bedroom. TV didn't work in the bedroom part. Shutters were broken with a sign saying "Don't Open" that still let light in when the morning came. Bathroom looked like it had mold in the tub. - Called provided number to ask to change rooms but all options were recorded info except the last one #5 for "Maintenance" which redirected me through the menu again. I chose it again and got v-mail that was full not allowing a message because the mailbox was full. Crappy way to communicate with your guests.
