Superb hotel which is way better than any big brands

amazing place, brand new hotel, very clean and design style. Very practical to arrive by car, well situated in SFO.

Under refurbishment so most services unavailable

We got a nice upgrade so the room was good size and comfortable bed. Staff was fantastic, specially Alfonso.

No restaurants or food facilities, room next to the lift shaft, bad cleaning - we found a box of condoms and a lighter in the room

Good overall bad room details

When I booked the room it said double bed room 1 king bed and showed the picture of it that wayz turns out they don't have that and I was given a 2 double bed room no king size at all, so ended up having to upgrade to a even more expensive room and had to add a rollaway bed which wad a additional 25 dollars

1st morning our breakfast came cold- next morning only ordered coffee coffee too strong and charged 14$ room service for a cup of bad coffee- bed was uncomfortable, didn’t sleep well

Great hotel in a great location

The suite was big and spacious and suited my needs. Location is very good - close to pier and walkable to union square. The hotel did provide basic housekeeping services which was good. Will stay again but hopefully there’s more offers for the room!

Tv channels / streaming could be better. Tiny tube of body wash is inadequate considering the number of people in room Sofa bed mattress a bit lumpy

Great location and great staff

The hotel location was perfect, close enough to walk to all of the sights and districts without being mobbed with tourists. The hotel was immaculate and the staff could not have been more friendly.

The price, however San Francisco is an expensive city compared to the rest of the US, so like for like in SF the value was good.
