It was just ok. I will not stay again.

The 2 bedroom apartment had space for the family. Pet friendly. I was traveling with pets.

Hotel is small compared to other hotels in the area. Outside Facilities looked and felt dated. Pool was very crowded, it’s summer. Apartment looked clean but had some issues. Kitchen cabinets need a good cleaning. Floors and rugs were good. We had some morning roaches in the bathroom centipedes in the living room. The dryer lint cover was broken. Not knowing, I dried my load and socks got stuck in the vent. That is a fire hazard so I could not use again. Kitchenware is very limited, one pot, one pan, one big knife, NO strainer for pasta which is basic. One shower knob came off. The other shower was not draining properly. Unfortunately, people with pets do not pick up after themselves (not hotels fault) even though there are trash cans and bags everywhere for them to use. At check out, the employee at the counter was very rude. It seemed that she was going through something and did not want to be at work. She should have stayed home instead of making peoples vacation and hotels services a bad experience. Overall, stay was just ok. For the price, next time I will look for another hotel. I will not stay there again.

Honestly nothing at all.

When we arrived the ac was off in the room so it was really humid inside took forever to cool off,the showers have no pressure u have to stand there for over 30-45min just to shower,the walls in the shower all have like water damage some how in the corners it’s all pushed out and there’s just paint trying to cover it up,our first night there was a lot of banging like dumpsters hitting out side and just loud,second night there other residents kept yelling and making all kinds of noise around 12am then hour later 1am the sheriffs are out side the room arguing with other residents kept our children up late just over all bad experience we always book with Marriott and decided to go here for a chance and never will I go here again with my family.and of course none of the staff offered to help or consider anything at all.

My family and I enjoyed our stay, it was fun!

The pool and location

My room flooded from the dishwasher (unused) and the roof leaked a lot of water twice and we didn’t get offered a new room until my last day there.

Hotel muito bom, otima localizaçao, apartamentos grandes e completamente equipados, com cozinha e ate maquina de lavar e secar roupas.

O unico ponto negativo é a limpeza, pois havia muita poieira.

Served our purpose but would expect a cleaner & newer facility for the price.

Hotel lobby was nice but not reflective of the rooms. Staff was courteous and attentive to our issues.

Rooms were very outdated and in need of renovation. Balcony chairs were broken, and the TV remotes did not work. Had to spend day in room while the issues were resolved. The issues were reported and resolved but it took 5 hours to get the balcony chairs replaced.

Great place to stay

The rooms were a great size, pool areas nice and a great location

The floors were very dirty. Everything else on the room was clean but the floors were rotten. The bottom of our feet were black

accommodations were amazing! we had six people in our group and we had lots of space.

Excellent point de chute pour visiter Orlando et les parcs aux alentours. La piscine et le spa sont appréciable et l’appartement est de tout confort et propre. C’était parfait pour nous.

L'accueil du personnel à la réception (Juan) était d'une gentillesse et d'un simplicité, il nous a parlé simplement pour que l'on comprenne.. La literie était super , la machine à laver et le sèche linge dans l'appartement est génial, en fait tout était super 😍

La seule chose que nous n'avons pas apprécié et nous l'avons remarqué dans plusieurs endroits en Floride c'est le goût de l'eau du robinet...infecte.

Ponto alto é a localização excelente, piscina boa, funcionários amistosos e cama com colchão muito bom.

Gostava deste resort, porém a limpeza deixou a desejar. Os carpets estão realmente muito sujos, a manutenção dos móveis e utensílios também está bem ruim. Moveis lascados, quebrados, sujos e falta de utensílios da cozinha! Lençóis velhos também!

The location is great. The space for dollar value is also really good.

This property is very loud, there is music playing from morning till 11pm at night. If you have young kids, request a room away from the pool. If you don’t have kids go party!

A localização excelente! As facilidades do apto, com cozinha, máquinas de lavar e secar, piscina, entretenimento para as crianças, estacionamento grande, entre outras coisas.

Já havia ficado nessa hotel em outras oportunidades, achei que já está na hora de uma reforma, tive alguns problemas, rapidamente resolvidos, mas que indicam uma deteriorização da unidade. Outra surpresa foi que não há mais limpeza diária, fiquei 10 dias e só tive 2 limpezas. Não deixaria de ficar no hotel por essas razões, mas acho que deveriam investir em reformar as unidades.

Not the best! Floridays do better!

Location, free parking

Water temperature was luke warm and there was roaches and the kitchen didn’t have simple utensils like tongs, there was only 1 pot and the bathrooms were not cleaned. The shower had hair in it from the previous guest. Nothing worth the $787 that was paid.

Very well located

It is very well located, centrally, and close to most theme parks. It is more an apartment than a hotel room. There is plenty of space for a family or a group of friends. You have a full kitchen with dishes, plates etc..

The cleaning was ok but not great. It is a little old, but nothing was broken or in bad shape. It was a little noisy during the night.

Great size appartment for 5. Worth the extra money compared to other locations, having multiple bedrooms (for 5)

The windows are very thin, lot's of traffic/outside noise inside, despite being on the 6th floor.

Beautiful relaxing stay that pleased everyone in the family.

This is going to be my go to place from now on when in Orlando.We all loved the space,not having to share a room.Things were clean,check in was a breeze.Great relaxing place.

I wish the water in the shower at times was hotter but it was not a deal breaker.Also that the televisions had smart capabilities to log into streaming services but again not a deal breaker.

Stay away if you care for TV cable and wi-fi

Main pool was okay for kids to have an additional activity.

No wi-fi connection, no TV cable , kitchen need to be upgrade it, no room service - no idea why you are paying for resort fee. You need to throw away a garbage by yourself. Place was very dusty ( fans and lights)

-Very outdated furnishings -Was placed in building F furthest away from pool/restaurants/reception (November so not busy period) -Kitchen cupboards felt greasy and no handles -Apartment very dark -Room cards needing reactivating during stay, which after a long day out was a pain as in building F -On leaving no reception staff present, 06.40am, had to wait then staff weren't pleasant in manner withme

The staff was awesome, the pool is relaxing, the rooms are big and allow separation from the kids bedroom and adults. We had to evacuate for a hurricane so we were very grateful for the hotel. Although we had issues with the toilet, they were very quick to service the toilet and make everything right.

The room is a little dated but nevertheless, it is very comfortable.

The smell of Marijuana outside our door was horrible. The shower was clogged, the fan made a loud noise and the front door hinge was loose.

Séjour sympa

Grand appartement de 2 chambres avec coin salon, cuisine et lave-linge/sèche linge. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car arrivés tard dans la soirée et repartis tôt le lendemain mais paraissait bien.

Nous avons dû payer le parking pour la voiture de location, je ne trouve pas ça très correct. J'aurai apprécié une bouteille d'eau offerte comme cela se fait dans certains hôtels.

Ideal for places and a steady 6/10 hotel I’d say now

Handy for most attractions and supermarkets

Ideally just could do with some more umbrellas around the pool area for families or any one. I’d say weekends get a bit more busier possibly locals using the pool. There’s no recycling for any of your rubbish. Rooms are now starting to show it’s age same with the kitchen just needs some updating now.
