Stay was horrible an Filthy‼️

Nothing about it was nice!

The room was clean when you walk in but when you pull the covers back on bed it was filthy with red juice stains on it an then let’s not forget the headboard ridiculous FILTHY it was green but it was so dirty it was brown an then the chair in the room was beyond dirty with stains all over it couldn’t even sit in it, The bathroom was clean an then the walls was dirty, An the remote for the tv did not work the batteries were dead so it literally had to stay on one Chanel once u turned tv on smh An last but not least they tried to steal my baby tablet I left in room I called an ask if we left it they said no, So I looked in car an it wasn’t there so I knew it had to be in room so I called back they said we sent someone to check it’s not there, So I check tracker it says it’s at the hotel so I go back there an ask have someone been in room he says no I get to room the trash was taken out etc. so clearly someone was in room an then I pick up pillow an the tablet jus so happen to be laying on the bed how ironic, If I didn’t have that tracker they would have kept lying saying it wasn’t there, What it was they see I wasn’t playing an put it back so I could go in room an get it cause remind you they said they sent someone to look 2 times they clearly thought I wasn’t coming back, Imagine how many other people they have done like that an that really upset me they would do that to us, I wish I could get a refund because I hated everything about my stay an room cause it really was FILTHY, I took pictures as well, Definitely will be calling corporate in morning.

The whole place smelled like marijauna. Like someone was smoking it 24/7 inside the rooms. We could barely breathe and our eyes watered. I had my 12 year old with me with asthma as well.

Nelson was great. he guided me wherever I needed to be. he was very pleasant. all employees were great and professional

the pool was great. that was our favorite part.

Terrible, disgusting, disturbing and odious.

So very sorry but the room I had was horrific. It was filthy. Not just a bid dusty but filthy. The smell was horrendous. I felt very very unsafe and very afraid I would catch something.

The hotel was clean. and the blankets and sheets were really nice.

the heater didn’t work. At all. No other rooms available either. Would have saved money sleeping in a tent.

They said no smoking the people next door smoking and the smell was coming through the vents

I start working at 8am. The WiFi doesn’t open up till 9am. Missed 1hour work on Thursday & Friday. The tub in the bathroom was not cleaned in days. The sheets are nasty. I took the sheets off the bed and asked for clean sheets. I changed the sheets on the bed.

Mold ,Dirty,cigarettes smell

The room 114 was smelling like cigarettes so bad , the staff that was there at front desk came with a Odoban bottle spray like if that would solve that nasty smell so strong and everything was looking old and full of mold ,they change us to room 222 which have 2 beds , that one still smell bad but was more tolerable than the first one , the bathtub was full of black mold and was all rusty , there was like old blood in my blanket comforter and the lamps covers were yellow full of mold and dirty I also have pictures of everything, I loose $189 when I Know what is to pay for 1 night $150 at Hilton Ocala for example and is thousand times more quality and clean and smell good , so so dissatisfied and I will not lie about this I don’t need to .

There was blood on the the back of the door and Marijuana smoke everywhere, mildew smell all through the room and it overpriced at 280 a night! We did not even get to sleep so we slept in our truck

The breakfast choices were not too healthful....I thought we'd have protein. But it was a continental breakfast so I should have known it would be mostly muffins and donuts and the like. Bathroom was a little scant on supplies.

The person who gave us the room was so rude (John) and to be honest This was the worst room I’ve ever stay, it was not clean at all, actually it was nasty: the room smells horrible, the carpet was dirty, the sheets were dirty and the pillows as well. The night tables had dust. We just decide to stay because it was midnight and we didn’t have another place to go, but definitely I’ll never ever stay again in that place: terrible experience
