The facilities were horrible and disgusting as well as the rooms. Too many bugs in the rooms, roaches stink bugs,lady bugs and rodent's.

The facility itself was filthy, all kinds of bugs in the rooms. No extra sheets if needed. Dirty bathroom we had to clean it ourselves. It is just a dirty and disgusting place and I would've loved a refund but I didn't have the option to move anywhere else

The whole place was infested with all types of bugs and the rooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the 60's. The outlets didn't work, the lamps didn't work it was filthy and stinky. Very disappointed for the price. It should've been around 60 a night and still find it expensive.

The property smelled bad when you get in there, the room smelled like it was getting wet at some point had to go to walmart get spray, mid night I had to call front desk manager to come see the bed infested with bedbugs looked like beans from how bad it was

The stay was horrible we did not know it was partially a shelter.no wash clothes ,toothpaste ,toothbrushes nor soap.No garbage cans it was just horrible.

Everything it was a bad stay not ever again will I book this hotel.

Our phone to call the main desk did not work. We had no wash cloths or towels in our room for our night stay. The hot water did not work well. In the morning a person from staff opened our hotel room door and almost came in while we were in the bed. When ask who try to come into our room. Staff stated he thought room was empty.

We would stay again. I just felt for the staff having been in the industry for 40+ years.

Clean. Location. Staff was kind and helpful.

1st day there was no breakfast. 2nd day they has a delivery in so there was breakfast. Had to bring towels down to get washed and picked back up. Other times they had to take them out of other rooms. Not sure what the owners are thinking but not enough inventory causes a lot stress for guests and staff as well as wasted resources running back and forth to put towels in the rooms later.

Room needs deep cleaning and redoing. Sink finish gone so looked dirty, drain corroded. Drapes worn out. No sound proofing.

The last minute cancellation is not forgiven

My reservation was cancelled while arriving. The manager did provide a cheap price for a double bed room for replacement, but it’s too small and not comfortable for three adults.

The bedding is covered with dust. Strong smell of smoking from the bathroom and AC.

I don't think Wyndham would want their name associated with this motel. The carpet in the common areas was filthy, the carpet in the room needed to be replaced. I had to figure out how to turn on and off the TV, by pulling the electric plug. The shower head was not adjustable.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

Nothing went well. Some of the staff were very helpful but they are obviously limited in what they can do.

Room smelled of mold and maybe ?feet?, curtain torn, lampshade torn, no suitcase valet, ants in the room, ants at the breakfast area ( I mentioned it at the front desk...I don't know if they did anything or not), room not made up each day....had to complain to get clean sheets and towels, no one at the desk at 7am on 8/19/2022 to check out (I left the card keys on the counter), the shower head shot water all over, the bed was very uncomfortable, microwave has never been cleaned on the inside, too many plugs in one receptacle, the hair dryer vent was completely clogged with dust/dirt, rooms were very dated, repairs that had been made were not done very well. Had I been able....I would have gone ANYWHERE else.

no bed bugs, air conditioner worked well, had clean towels, refrigerator and microwave in room, staff pleasant, clerk tried to help with issues but could only help with ice bucket, cups and found bottled water in back room and gave me 3 bottles due to vending machine broken.

motel needs to be updated. Carpet dirty, vending machines broken, no ice bucket nor cups in room, hole in bathroom door, smell throughout motel, breakfast not provided.
