Very adequate and quiet

Good location for my needs.

I used booking for my reservations. It said I was to have a spacious double room. I had a smaller standard room. In the past I have had the double room and that’s what I thought I was getting.

My favorite hotel in the Minneapolis area for quick stays to visit friends!

Love the decor, location, and Lela! Very comfortable and calm rooms.

Love this hotel except you can hear a lot of road noise in the rooms facing the road and so much of the lobby noise in the rooms facing the lobby. It’s really intrusive and keeps you up at night

Terrible experience

We were not at all satisfied.

Unfortunately, Heather did not function properly, resulting in our discomfort in a cold room for two days. It is disappointing that we did not receive any form of apology from the hotel management.

Solid place to stay when visiting Minnesota family

Building was very nice and staff were great. Breakfast was not included for the rate. The restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent and somewhat fancy. Same restaurant was also a delicious dinner place (with stellar service) where our large extended family (14 people) was able to eat together. Area has many hotels and businesses, not glamorous but perfect for our needs, located between families and church.

The beds were just a bit too hard for my taste. Not a deal breaker.

Location

No restaurant on Sunday. No food available after 10:00 pm. No coffee available on Sunday. Stayed on the 6th floor, definitely not worth the expense. Poor quality bathroom products.

Comfortable hotel with easy parking; room location is crappy w/no windows when booked on Booking.com

Two of our three rooms did not have outside windows. The windows overlooked the lobby. The Starbucks was not open when we wanted coffee.

Nice property. Not good morning coffee. Really bad.

Great location.

Don’t like taking the elevator to the first floor. Although this is not a big deal. ALSO the coffee bar in the morning was not adequate for this property. You need huge improvement here. Have coffee and light breakfast for sale every day. Not the restaurant. Improve here our all choose another when I’m in the Twin Cities.

Decent stay, but would probably stay somewhere else next time.

Beds were very comfortable, room was clean and very quiet. The restaurant on site was very good, but we only ate there for breakfast Saturday(it was closed on Sunday). Convenient on/off access from highway and only a fee minutes up the road from Mall of America.

I had reserved a standard room with double beds, but upon check-in, I was told they did not have any so they upgraded us to a king bed club room. It was a bit inconvenient for my friend and I sleeping in the same bed, but we made it work. They gave us access to their club lounge, which was never stocked with snacks/beverages when we went in. Parking was HORRIBLE. The parking lot was in terrible shape, narrow aisles and they had many areas roped off stating "in maintenance" so I am hoping they are in the process of repaving and redoing the parking lines.

not the worst, but not the best.

conveniently located

that the room I had wasn’t cleaned when I arrived, and the one I was moved to didn’t have properly working air conditioning. when I reported this to the desk they didn’t offer to switch me (I was there for six days).
