The hotel accommodations loved that it had its own kitchen, washer dryer and 2 separate bedrooms.

I liked the surroundings.
Staff is friendly and profession.
Rooms are big and good equipped.
The room was not clean, our white socks got black during the day.
The walls are extremely thin, you can hear everything of your neighbours.
Needs to be renovated.

Nice spacious, comfortable room. We had an issue with our television but the staff came immediately to address and fix it.

I liked the location and the price although still a bit high.
The unit had a few missed cleaning opportunities, but overall a neat unit.

Very quiet. Good dollar value when compared to other properties in this district. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen had all the basics. Exceptionally friendly staff! The turkeys strutting around the property, including the chicks, were fun to watch.
We needed to drive everywhere. Great price for the district, so would stay there again if we decided to stay in Waikoloa Village.

Nice condo right on the golf course. Quiet and an easy walk to the bus or grocery shopping.
Definitely need a car here. Nearest beach is about eight miles away.

facility is clean and well maintained. the grounds are lovely
this is our 3rd time here and the beds are always just a bit uncomfortable. the pillow tops need to be changed or swap out the mattresses more often!

From our upgrade to a 2-Bdrm. to the now nicely heated pool we thoroughly enjoyed our return here. Not as good a deal as pre-Covid19, but comfortable furniture, excellent maintenance and well appointed kitchens we were again well served by the resort.
Our closest BBQ was so popular that it was out of propane half the time we tried to use it... ummm, tank gauges are very cheap!

Due to issues with stairs , we were given an upgrade. All staff members were courteous and friendly.
There were somethings in the kitchen that could have used a little more detailed cleaning ( blender/dishwasher).

Our stay was too short other than that nothing really

It’s spacious and not too far from the beach.
The exterior needs a pressure wash and the interior tile really needs a good scrub. The grout was black in some areas. I’ve stayed a number of times and I notice the property getting a bit dirtier with each visit.

The pool is always nice.
The dishes were not cleaned well when we were going to use them. We had to wash them before we used them. We made our accomodations last year however, we felt like we were pushed aside and given condos and the very end of the resort. We had an individual whom has a hard time walking long distances. In order to watch her 2 small children swim in the pool, she had to walk from one end of the resort to the other. The do have parking stalls near the pool but it was more of an inconvenience than her making the slow, long walk.
