Overall great stay and amazing staff. The location of the hotel is a bit away from Quebec Downtown.

Room is clean and spacious. The staff are very helpful and prompt.

Vacances au Canada

Chambre et salle de bain grandes. Parking gratuit et disponible. Centre ville de Québec accessible via les transports en commun juste à côté.

Manque d'éclairage dans la chambre on y voyait absolument rien. Pas lumière au plafond... juste des liseuses ... Petit-déjeuner plutôt moyen. Peu de choix pour Petit-déjeuner continental.

On adore cet hôtel 😁👍

Du personnel passe chaque jour pour vider les poubelles, renouveler les serviettes, etc... On a une chambre avec balcon et c'est très bien insonorisé. Stationnement intérieur

Parfait pour nos besoins.

Grandeur des chambres, propreté, proximité des centres commerciaux et restaurants. Stationnement sous terrain.

Manque de ventilation dans salle de bain mais tout de même très propre.

L'hôtel est bien pour se reposer une seule nuit mais non conseillé pour un long séjour en famille.

Aucune entrée d'air frais dans la chambre, pas de fenêtre qui s'ouvre = air vicié respiré. Petit déjeuner minimaliste, pas d'oeufs durs ou brouillés,, pas de jambon ou saucisse et l'accès au comptoir de service se fait de tous les côtés de tel sorte qu'il y a embouteillage entre les clients de l'hôtel. Bref, très déçu du petit déjeuner qui ressemble plutôt à une collation.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable

le confort et la taille de la chambre et la possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner. Le pass gratuit pour prendre le bus et rejoindre ainsi le centre de Québec, en 20'. Le centre commercial et le bon resto 'Chez Victor' à côté

le système de la douche, qui n'était pas réglable, au débit beaucoup trop fort. La vue sur le parking, qui empêchait d'ouvrir la fenêtre

Well suited location for our needs to take transit to old town Quebec!

The room was comfortable, the location to public transit was perfect! Basic continental breakfast.

Not a lot of restaurant choices within walking distance.

Great location and excellent value!

Parking was readily available, some indoor. The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent coffee with the free breakfast. Our room had a balcony, which was nice. The location is convenient, and it is perfect for us (we have stayed here before).

Not enough pillows in the room and they were of poor quality. Screaming children in the main area open to all the floors. I would have preferred a quieter room away from the families. Vending machines, although lit up, didn't work.

2 out if 3 receptionist were not friendly at all. We great them with warmth but they bearly responded to us. It ruins the magic since our children noticed it...

Nothing going on at the premises: no indoor pool, no restaurant/bar poor breakfast choices were the same daily. Five days without having the room cleaned or replacing towels.
