Great accommodations for recuperating from the parks:)

Washer and dryer at the unit are priceless. The pools and slides were great. The s'mores activity in the evening was lovely. There are some restaurants in a walking distance though as all of the US the area is not walkable.

The toilet was easily clogged, and the place could use a renewal. The sofabed in the living room isn't so comfortable but is fine for a child.

Great stay

The building were clean the pool, spa, slides lazy river were a blast. A little chilly though. First day was nice temp then after that it was pretty chilly.

The mattress in our bed was bad you could litterally feel the springs I couldn't wait to get home to sleep comfortable. I highly recommend you replace the mattresses in the unit we stayed in! We really want to stay again but I can not tolerate a mattress like that. My husband and I were in so much pain in our backs when we left.

I was not expecting much but i was pleasantly surprised!

Pool area was nice and roomy. Had no hassles with parking. Place was clean and very nice inside.

Back screened in patio didnt feel very private, but was nice to have.

Better than last time.

Great price, nice to stay near the pool a day or two. Warm pool, was decent to swim in, even evening time. Hot tub great.

Baseball cage wasn't running, seems like the activity staff could be a bit more eager to help. Should have been a lot more cutleries, plates, glasses, pans etc.

We like the resort and the apartment, even if sone of them are ready to be renewed

The last few time we went we had few issues, the first time the out a huge green machine in our house because someone previous us smoked inside, the second time we left the night before the check out date due the hoise was full of ant that bites and in both occasions no a sorry, no apologies no discount

Dirty and Outdated. Should be cheaper than what they charge you for

Staff is attentive to needs and friendly . Beds are comfortable but not planning to stay again.

Outdated villa. Carpet is filthy, tile grout is dirty, molds/mildew on moldings and AC vent . Bugs like bees and wasp found inside villa occasionally. During our stay, 2nd floor restroom leaking through ceiling on the 1st floor living room and toilet bowl is wiggly! This is a 2 storey villa . All rooms on second floor which is something everyone should know before booking if have medical issue or physical difficulties that you cant navigate 2 flight of stairs.

Overall our stay was wonderful.

Loved the resort and the condo. Location is perfect for shopping or entertainment.

Pool rules are extremely too extreme. Felt like children couldn’t have fun without security getting on them. Kids were yelled at for taking the smallest little pool toy into the water. Never been somewhere that doesn’t aloud these things.

The resort was nice and the staff were very polite. The actual condos are clean but outdated.

The room was overall clean. The pool was heated. The staff were very polite. Checking in and out was very easy.

The furniture was outdated. The patio was not very clean. Half the games in the arcade did not work. There was not restaurant to order food late in the evenings. Each day, more and more ants came into our condo.

Superb

The location and everything on the resort were wonderful. The condo was clean and beautiful. It had plenty of space for a family and the two bathrooms were an added bonus. Will definitely be booking again.

The only complaint was that the screened in back porch doors were ripped, didn't shut and were kind of a pain. The beds were pretty uncomfortable, but doable for a vacation.

beautiful property! I was blown away by the atmosphere and how friendly everyone is! the lazy river and heated pool was amazing! we stayed in the pools as much as we possibly could, the pools are even open at night! not too noisy and the activities are actually fun! the check in was simple and fast. no line at all when I arrived! I felt safe and will be coming back next year. the only con was the smelly carpet when walking into the rental. it smelled like old feet. I did a Walmart pickup for some air freshener and carpet freshener and that fixed the issue during our stay.

Good for saving money

The Lazy river was fun and the 2 levels were great to cook and save money.

little things were broken and no lifeguard. Seemed to be doing a lot of construction and umbrellas were limited along with pool chairs. Had to get there early to get a spot.

the suite had all the essentials. Location to all the major attractions is a huge plus. the pool and hot tub are wonderful. will definitely return in the future.

the twin bed I slept in shook every time I moved. it was not very comfortable. there are no other dislikes.
