One night here is not enough, consider a couple of nights minimum.

Our welcome from Annette and Bill could not have been warmer. They were able to give us all the information we needed on available local amenities. The room was adequate and the bed was very comfortable. We had the shared bathroom to ourselves as they are currently only letting one room. The recreation space was a great area to wind down and enjoy a drink. Breakfast was a feast and the fresh muffins were as good at lunchtime as they were at breakfast, thank you for our take away. As good a breakfast as any we had on our holiday and better than most.

Being extremely critical, a bedside cabinet and lamp on both sides of the bed would be an improvement for me as would armchairs in the recreation space, but that is being very picky.

The breakfast was great, with lots of different options to choose from. Bill and Annette were really helpful and suggested lots of things to do on the next part of our journey. The bed was really comfortable and both the bedroom and bathroom were very clean.

Friendly welcoming hosts. Beautiful house and lovely comfortable room. The breakfast was delicious and we even received gorgeous muffins to take with us. Bathroom was not shared as hosts only accepting single bookings at the moment. Had a great stay and would recommend if you are visiting the area.

Location is perfect. View is fantastic. Breakfast is gorgeous (and there were a lot of options). Rooms are large, clean, comfortable. Windows view at the golf course and mountains is unbelievable. Backyard with chairs and table provide unforgettable experience of watching the golf course, mountains and sunrise. The place is quiet and tranquil. You will want to give 10 (or even 12) from 10 to this place. The hosts are friendly, charming, and very experienced.

This is a very good B&B run by a welcoming and friendly couple. Breakfast was delicious and generous, so we were well set up for the day.

We should have looked further than going to the local golf club (walking distance) from the property.

Amazing B&B

Annette and Bill are welcoming, their house is beautiful with very nice and quiet view. I think, this is the best breakfast i had in a B&B. Huge recomandation for this place to spend a night or more. Thanks a lot

Annette and Bill are amazing hosts, they love people from all over the world and the house is beautiful and welcoming. If I am ever in Kamloops again this is definitely the place for me and my wife.

We felt right at home!

Beautiful setting on a golf course. Very welcoming hosts. I didn’t realize this is in their home until we got there, but we had plenty of privacy and felt very comfortable. I am vegan and was worried I wouldn’t have anything to eat but they made me an amazing spread of food for breakfast, and sent me home with leftovers.
