Atendeu ao que eu precisava. Dormida e pequeno-almoço.

O atendimento no pequeno-almoço, muito gentil e atenciosa. Sabia que eu precisava de uma informação e foi muito prestativa, inclusive se preocupando em saber se no dia seguinte eu tinha conseguido o que queria.

Sou alérgica. Havia carpete no quarto e tive de passar os dias a tomar medicação.

Would never stay here again

Not much to like. Location wasn't terrible.

The hotel is falsely advertised in the pictures. The rooms and facilities are old, run down, dirty, smelly, noisy and in need of major repairs. The room was covered in dust and dirt. It seems like all they did was change the sheets and clean the bathtub. There were marks all over the bathroom door. The walls are so thin and you can hear all the conversations of people next to or above you. The pool is missing tiles and the lobby smells like stale cigarettes. The breakfast is minimal.

Met expectations, solid breakfast, staff managing older building well.

Very good breakfast. Basic cleanliness is better than expected given the condition of the older building. Location is just away enough from the downtown, but still close for easy reach.

As an older building, it's got some limitations. For example, the walls might not be quite as sound-resistant as in newer facilities. But the fact is that this is a good spot at a reasonable price.

Nice stay close to Niagara Falls

Very nice Motel. The room was very clean with the view on the river. Very nice and multilingual staff. Very good location to visit Niagara Falls.

Renovated part of hotel is nice, but hotel still needs more renovation

Friendly staff, good breakfast, renovated kitchen in 4th floor rooms, staff gave free upgrade

Carpets look run down, lighting is too dim, pool tiles are breaking off

For this amount you get a better hotel and the parking close to Niagara

Location from Niagara, even if walking is like an hour.

Payable parking at 25 euro when at Niagara Falls cost less than half. No lift in a 4th floor. Breakfast is basically a sh*t with the worse eggs I’ve ever eaten. Looks dirty around the corridors. People from reception deny me to give me an invoice saying that I’ve booked via booking, but it has never been like this in other hotels. Not value for money paid

it's another wonderful stay, no doubt.

very nice breakfast considering during this difficulty time of COVID-19pandemic - they have tried their best and we truly appreciated it.

the heater seemed out of control as the compressor never stopped running....(lol...was it good or bad?!...)

The location is not too bad and the breakfast, we didn’t go breakfast side. We ate outside.

Lady at the reception (I am sorry to forgot her name) was super helpful and arranged an early check-in for us. Great location within walking distance to 2 great attractions of the Niagara Falls Parks: White Water Walk & Whirlpool Aero Car.

Parking was subjected to an extra charge of 20 CAD + tax, which I didn't expect. Windows of our room could not be opened. Disposable cutlery and plates used at breakfast.

It was an okay place to stay for a weekend visit.

I liked that it was spacious as well as it coming with the fridge and freezer. I liked their breakfast selection. Did not get a chance to use the pool but that was also a good feature. Staff was also very nice to deal with and accommodating.

I did not like the fact that under the bed had a lot of garbage which shows the room was not cleaned properly. I also disliked the fact that we left an empty cup with a finished beverage on the table and we came back to a lot of black ants on the table and cup.

Overall 7 out of 10

Staff was very nice and helpful, although upon check in they told us we had a great view, but when I opened the curtains all I saw was another roof with air conditioning units and electric boxes on it.

Pictures online did not accurately show true facilities. Bed was hard. Could hear through the walls pretty well.

the room was nice. even that we had the backside. nice and clean rooms and bathrooms. friendly staff and eager to help.

if there is a thing… no coffee on the room but you can get it in the lobby i saw.

Back to 1960s hotel

Not worth the money. The hotel is outdated, worn out, and dirty. It does not have an elevator, the parking is paid additionally also the TV in our room was not working. Breakfast is a scam.., cereal, yogurt , bagels, and salty scrambled eggs, that's all you will get. The location is not great.. there is nothing good about this hotel that seemed more like a motel:(

Superb

The place was clean and the staff was nice. I also enjoyed the breakfast.

You can here foot step when someone walks in the room on top of your room.But not a big issue for me.

Get a hot tub

No hot tub, walls had water on them, smell In our room, we were told In 20 mins someone would bring a air fresher to fix the smell and no one came

Everything good except breakfast

Room for the value is the location is good

Breakfast was awful. Line ups , undercooked items . Lots of guest and not enough staff . I was looking forward to have breakfast so I can start my day earlier but it was so bad we had to look for another choices . One day was not even coffee anymore at 9 . At least this should not be missed .

Very good

Very kind and professional team -- they are all super friendly. The indoor heated pool was great. The room was cleaned well.

The thin walls. The (unsupervised) pool was open at 9 am and breakfast was served from 8- 10 am, so it was a bit rushed. It would've been great if the pool was open at 8 am, to be able to go for a swim and not rush to breakfast afterwards.
