The breakfast was excellent and as a bonus included in the room rate. I liked the staff who were friendly and helpful. I live in area but abroad for now so it was good to come home. I also learned that I can get a 11% discount as I am a local resident which I will used the next time.
Not a lot to be honest - nice room - nice hotel.

Great staff super friendly and nice. Room was also half price of last place and way more comfortable and cleaner
The room did smell like cigarettes

The breakfast was a good value. My husband especially liked it.
A better working toilet. We had problems with our toilet. The staff had no one available to check it out. Gave us a plunger. Continuing to function poorly throughout our visit. Facilities needed updates--one of the light bulbs above the sink was out, and the wall by the window needed to be painted.
There were posted rules at the swimming pool but no security camera or oversite by staff. One family intentionally disregarded the rules and although they did not put me in danger their children could have got hurt and interrupted my attempts to exercise.

Not crowded or busy considering what was happening that weekend (Mt good challenge). The area not as busy as embassy Hyatt where our soccer team was, we decided to choose different place to stay.
Carpet looks dirty, the couch in the room is peeling either needs replacement or unless fixed. There’s an odd smell residual odor not filtered out of that room I don’t know what it is. I opened the window to let the fresh air in. Probably should clean the cooler heat system or put new filter in.

We brought our own food and ate in the lovely courtyard. We greatly appreciated the coffee machine and tea...along with ice water in the lobby. The air conditioner functioned well and the bed was comfortable.
The couch in our room was pretty scuffed up with the cover flaking off. A large stain sat in the middle of the carpet.
We got turned around driving through Beaverton and 5 phone calls (!!!) to your hotel brought no help at all! NO ONe at front desk (manager would not answer) could tell us how to get from HW 217 at 99West to the hotel. (We finally had to ask a child who asked their device to direct us).

Neat, had all needs accessible
Scents/chemical they use was way too harsh for me as I’m multiple chemical sensivity patient. Is extreme too harsh to stay here. It may have mold/milder smells in room. Noticed bad roof need to be repaired

Prompt assistance from Staff, clean facilities, spacious & comfortable room & bed, amenities, awesome location; with the best area mall, pretty much across the street; &, Red Lobster; but a 4 minute stroll away
The shower faucet; because it can't be turned on, after setting water temperature comfort zone. Turn on & spin quickly to avoid freezing cold water.

I used booking.com. Paid extra for breakfast. Verified breakfast was included in our reservation. The was billed for breakfast. Staff was very responsive but I could have easily missed this error.

Large clean rooms with refrigerator and microwave at a great price! The bed and pillows were comfortable. The towels were very plush and soft.
The couch was very shabby, had cracked fabric, and looked like it had better days; it needed to be replaced. We were disappointed the bar was closed when the hours said it was supposed to be open. We were looking forward to a glass of wine after a very long drive.

Another Great visit. Mark at the front desk noticed I was having difficulty getting checked in with one arm.
He immediately leapt into action. Escorting me to my car and helping me carry everything and get settled into my room.
A great human being and no one I would rather be stuck in an elevator with…. Should that ever happen.
Thank you Mark!!

Safe, quiet (except for one night when the bar let out at 10pm and some folks across the hall were loud for a short while, plenty of coffee/tea and hot breakfast each morning, friendly service.

For 400 dollars breakfast was extra. NO one was eating it. So I guessed it was not worth it. What a rip off.
Tub would not hold water.
Old old everything.
A old property that has nothing going for it.

$11 for a disappointing meal. Have had better at La Quinta which were included in the price of the room.

staff was very friendly
I paid $37 more for the same room. Friday was $202. Saturday was $168. When adding another night which was Friday I was told it would would be the same price as Saturday. It wasn't. I was charged more and didn't know until I got home and read my email bill.

Additional charge for breakfast but not a big deal as we had other plans.
