We had a lovely visit. We enjoyed the property very much.

Loved the swimming pools.

Furniture in the living room is a little stiff and very small kitchen.

It's a nice place except for the service.

Housekeeping was extremely erratic and unreliable. The front desk did not seam to be able to communicate with them. Their computer system showed housekeeping when it was never done.

surprisingly great short stay with family

We enjoyed the very spacious, well equipped one-bedroom villa. It was great to be able to use the pools in the spa hotel as well with the kids, although everything else auch as a restaurant or a gym are also available in the villas part. The staff was very friendly and one highlight was one pool that is open 24/7. The hotel exceeded our expectations, particularly with respect to the reasonable price.

You can check in at 4:00 pm and has to check out at 10:00 am for that type of $ at 11:00am would have been nice.

Pleasant

Room was great. Resort is nice. Staff and service was great. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Had ants on our balcony but I didn't mention it to the staff, so that is my fault.

Loved our stay! I

Friendly staff from the second I walked out of my car. Excellent help getting our bags into our room. The size of our room was perfect for three and we loved having a small kitchen. Beautiful view of the golf course from our Villa.

Exceptional

Great location, services, and proximity to restaurants and shopping.

Would have liked to have room service in the villas. Understand it’s a different feel. Truly can’t complain

I was misled to believe these were VILLAS. It is misadvertised. I was very disappointed about this.

Front desk staff was nice, although I was misled to believe these rooms were actual VILLAS, and they aren’t.

The “VILLAS” are totally not villas. This should be advertised as a standard hotel, or a condo building. If you have to take an elevator up to a room that could be considered a “shoebox”, it’s most definitely not a villa and should not be advertised as such. Huge disappointment for my bday work getaway.

Very disappointed to arrive and find out these were small rooms instead of villas, like advertised.

I was misled to believe these were villas. They are more like small retirement home/condo buildings. Definitely not villas.

Wonderful staff but could improve cleanliness

The staff were all amazing everywhere we went. Everyone from the landscapers to the pool attendants to the front desk.. everyone was so friendly, struck up conversations, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was a great size. We loved the pool and slide.

Cleanliness was a huge concern: the hair in the tub, the dead bugs everywhere and then the fact that our kids kept waking up with nasty bug bites after sleeping on the pull out, leads me to believe things were not cleaned as thoroughly and consistently as possible. Also the people above us were so loud the entire time we stayed from late at night to early morning. Can’t fault the Resort for that part though, that’s not their fault.

It’s a perfect family getaway for parents and kids of all ages!

The facilities are amazing. The “Fun Team” at the pool is one of our favorite things about this resort. The property is always well kept and clean. The rooms are very nice. Comfortable beds, always a plus!

Only complaint is lack of dishes available in the kitchen. It’s hard to make food with only a couple bowls. And no lids for them.

We loved the pool and amenities! Staff were very friendly!

The water slide was not working and a lot of things were closed due to COVID
