Location was great, room was lovely and staff weee very friendly.

Our room had things left from the previous guest (water bottle and receipt), so we question the cleanliness. Visually clean but we aren’t sure how thoroughly the room was checked.

Expect to be met by eye rolling at every request to staff.

It’s a beautiful place and nice location.

The staff were not professional and they met every request with a quote of their policy. For example, we asked for more coffee, and we were told we only get 4 pods per day. We were paying $400+/night. We never got Wi-Fi in our room—the kids had to sit in the hall to play video games. Every time I asked, I was told there wasn’t a problem.

Comfortable and very good location!!!

Location is gold! The studio was full equiped: kitchen, washing machine and dryer, ac… very spacious and comfortable, we had a river view, that was wonderful. The pool was not crowded, clean and very nice

Check-in experience was awful. The reception was difficult to find and there was nobody because they were understaffed

It was an excellent hotel with a great view in a beautiful town.

Everything was clean and in good condition

I didn't like how I could not contact the hotel by phone. I left 2 voicemails to ask a question and it was not returned. It seemed as though there was no one at the desk answering phones. The voicemail of the resort instructed callers to leave a message and that the call would be returned--but was not. I sent an email with no response either. This was my only concern.

really was wonderful and relaxing experience. we used the facilities eg pool, gym snd pool table all were excellent snd

fabulous location. facilities excellent. staff very helpful and welcoming. the suite we had you couldn’t ask for such good facilities.

provision should be given for Netflix. provide a streaming stick.

great location but felt let down by the suite itself

location was great and space within the suite was good

few issues - door to second bedroom wouldn’t unlock so we had to leave the balcony door open to gain access; curtains in bedroom were broken; one blind wouldn’t drop properly to cut out the light; blind in second bedroom the chain was broken; water was cut off (workmen outside I believe) at 9.30am on check out day preventing showers, loo flushing and putting the dishwasher on

Great resort but skip the restaurant in it and no EV charging access if outside.

I did not rate the restaurant here as I think it's a separate rating. The restaurant is bellow resort standings. I have not seen so many fired and unhealthy items in my life. Even the salad (joking) may have been deep fried. Only fish on menu - deep fried. Also, EV guys take note. I was given an outside spot and no access to charging. With so many EVs on the road including Tesla, it should be a given for this property to offer charging.

Pretty good stay

Location Visit the Aquatarium too bad though there is not a package. Costly but Well appointed suites

As others have stated Restaurant needs separate review just OK Not much on menu lots of apps and fried foods too bad lovely spot on the water. Went elsewhere for a fine dining meal. Requested early check in waited 30-40 min outside front desk waiting for someone. Found a few pairs of contact lenses on Bed table from previous guest yuck but who would actually do that. Shower curtains in Pool need changing moldy. More attention to detail needed Careful Booking.com let me book in 8 guests and 2 babies max occupancy is 8 even if babies are in cribs had to leave one family at home. Have been to this hotel many times should open elevators now there is no covid restrictions entrance complicated.

The A/C was too high and had to be adjusted and the blinds were difficult to adjust.

The Blinds in the main living room window beside the A filthy balmy with mild and a collection of dried up leaves and dirt.in the balcony .Unkept..no chairs; the Bed was very small in comparison to the standard queen size declared by the insulant manager and his assistant Paige. We asked for a bigger mattress and this very ignorant man , came up to our room with my permission to measure the bed. He said it was by his standards it was an actual Queen size and that by his his measuring tape was we wet wrong. We sleep on a queen mattress at home and we have enough or more area to sleep. This manager … was so rude..inappropriate with me and my husband, said we must be sleeping on a Super Queen which we did not know what he was talking about. Who speaks to customers like this. He told me and my husband that there is nothing he could do, and that he has never heard of “ Fragrance in the workplace environment “ either! I told have severe asthma and Copd, and the linen on the bedding and towels completely saturated with fabric softener. I explained that I would need to have bedding changed without fragrance. I went and purchased our own blanket please call me as this can’t be edited for my grammar or spelling in my phone . Nancy and Jamie Ready

Great place to take kids!

really beautiful, comfortable rooms with a nice kitchen and great views. fabulous swimming pools!

we had to ask for everything, such as coffee, towels, TOILET PAPER, and trash pickup. everyone was nice, but it seemed understaffed.

What a place!

Spacious beautiful condo. view was awesome. Lots of light. Every appliance and detail was meticulously planned. Shower was great, kitchen phenomenal, lots of things to do around including an aquarium next door. Had dinner at Moose McGuires on the property which fit the bill for us. Great parking included.

Wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy!

Excellent location, excellent staff, super clean. Beautiful view of the St Laurence River from a big window at the living room.

COVID protocols shouldn’t mean not doing any service at all. On a 7 days stay they should collect garbage e do some minimal cleaning, but they don’t, unless you ask for it. Balcony floor was dirty since we arrived, and has no furniture. Should have at least some chairs. Doesn’t comfortably accommodate 5 people. They book 5 people on 1 room with a king bed and a foldable “queen” sofa bed. And the 5th?? Not comfortable for 3 people out of of 5 booked.

Can't beat the location. Beautiful view. Nice to have the fireplace specially in the winter. Ate in the restaurant in the building and it had good food and great atmosphere.
