A good place for a quick night's sleep. We stayed because we needed a place to stay after a concert. It is old, needs a remodel, but okay for the night.
It just felt rundown. Toilet pulled away from the wall. Needs a freshening up and some new paint.

There was not much for breakfast. Very disappointing.

Clean. Friendly service
Room faced interstate so road noise and noisy air conditioner, and noisy folks in my hallway

Facility gets better each visit. Fresh paint and new flooring added a lot to spruce up the place.
BIRDS! But not much you can do about them.

The property was very close to our destination. The ladies and gentleman at the reception area were amazing. They were friendly, helpful and really very nice. I/we have no complaints about the reception staff. On the other hand the hotel requires much cleaning.
I found the hotel to be dirty. There was dirt in and around our room and through out the hotel. At breakfast, since guest are coming in and out. Sanitizers should be placed within the area. Also the teas are not individually covered. Post Covid there should be special attention to this. However regardless not everyone is clean or washes their hands therefore this is and can be an infection control issue.

The location was great. The staff were friendly and checkin was quick and easy. The room had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. located next to a Dunkin’ and a gas station which made it convenient for us to get coffee and gas in the morning. The hotel does not have an elevator but it is only 2 floors so just be aware of that. The rooms have a Microwave and coffee maker. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
The only complaint that I have is the price. I felt that $132 was a bit high for a week day stay. It was $117 and some change and they added $15 for a pet.

I didn’t stay for breakfast. The location was perfect for where I needed to go.
The view could have been better. Not much you can do about that.

Staff was very greeting at check in
The room was covered in bed bugs and we had to leave Immediately. When I told the staff person at the front desk all she said to me was oh sorry but that’s the only room we have left as if my only option was to suck it up. She did not look surprised by my comment obviously bed bugs was a concern in the past.

The location
The room was terrible. The shower rod was broken. There was banging in the middle of the night. It appeared as if someone was moving furniture in the room above me

We (my wife and I) stayed here for one night for a wedding. Given the lack of options nearby and our experience with this location we would recommend it but only for short arrangements. One night is fine, I would probably look somewhere else for a longer stay.
- Location is right off the Thruway and is thus quite convenient. Also located right next to both a Dunkin and a Mcdonalds, plus a large gas station.
- Bed was clean and comfortable
- AC unit worked well and cooled the room down quickly
- The space overall was fairly clean, with some notable exceptions...
- The shower was quite unpleasant. Luckily we only stayed one night and were thus able to get away with not showering, I would not want to stay here any longer than that simply due to having no desire to set foot in the shower. It did not look like it was thoroughly cleaned and was quite discolored, particularly along the bottom. Besides just not looking particularly clean it was also missing a safety bar which left an open hole in the fiberglass to the wall behind, which will absolutely lead to mold problems if there isn't already any.
- Else ware in the bathroom the toilet paper holder was just barely attached to the wall, with one screw hanging on for dear life and the whole ensemble looking quite precarious and exposing the bare drywall behind.
- One of the wash clothes had a lipstick stain. Not a huge deal, but also something that should have been caught and not left out in a room.
- This is a personal gripe, but the pillows are all completely square. This is weird and the way I like to sleep square pillows was not ideal. I've actually never encountered non-decorative square pillows so it stood out!

I liked that the staff was friendly. We got to check in early. I liked the easy on and off of thruway. It was ok for a one night stay.
I had to wait for someone to get to the counter for us to check in. The hallways were needing cleaning attention. The room was small but the air conditioning didn't work well, there were webs in the window and the TV and mirror I had to wash off because it looked bad from what they used to clean it.

The room was nice and clean. Close to the I 90
The breakfast was awful..2 cereals and donuts was all that was offered. Good thing there was a Dunkin donuts and McDonald's next door to the hotel. We had to go to McDonald's for breakfast as did most of the other people staying there. Pitiful. The shower was bad too. No cold and hot taps, just one handle that handled the pressure.
