Overall Good. Nice comfortable stay.

Decent size rooms, clean. Plenty of parking. Service was good and they accommodated a special request I had. Good value for money

Facility is a bit old, a little renovation would go a long way. They should offer more pillow options :)

Buena relación calidad precio

Buena ubicación, todo estaba muy limpio, no habían bichos, el baño esta remodelado, tiene wifi y hay parqueadero gratuito.

No hay gel antibacterial cerca a los ascensores. La habitación tiene un olor particular, parece que es de la alfombra. Deberían cambiar la alfombra por algún otro tipo de piso.

All that gold doesn’t glitter.

The location.

The place is but very outdated, nothing in the place was open they said that they were going to serve free pizza later ! Nothing like how it was advertised on booking.Com . Will not return.

Facility very disappointing!

The booking digital presentation over played the Facility . Construction on both balcony sides noisy & vjew totally unacceptable!

Sub parr we would have been better off at Hampton Inn At much lower price per night!

The worst stay of our 7 weeks in America

Leaving never been in such a dirty Hilton and the receptionist was very unwelcoming and when i asked for a room without such a bad smell she didn’t speak and just handed over another room card

The smell it was so strong of wet dog and the carpets looked filthy and very worn

We survived, and enjoyed ourselves, in spite of this hotel.

The location is great for everything we were doing. It near the Waterside Shops and very short driving distance from 5th Avenue, Mercato, Clam Pass, etc.

It's a relatively crappy hotel for the price. More importantly, the desk person at the front desk during the day was the absolute worst. They had an administrative error in their system with the booking, showing that we were leaving a day early. So, they tried to kick my wife out of the room while I was gone for a short time. I called back to the front desk, offering to forward the email receipt for all days that we had already paid or even screenshot the receipt from the app. My wife actually took the receipt to the desk. But the desk person was obstinate and rude, refused to even look at the receipt. A manager eventually stopped the desk person from continuing with her behavior, but not even an apology.

Overcharged me and thought I wouldn't notice.

Good location.

They charged me over and above the contracted Booking.com rate, thinking I wouldn't notice. This is unacceptable and should be dealt with by Booking.com. I would never stay there again for this reason, and recommend against others staying there, as they may risk having the same thing occur.

everything. we were told “This isn’t the Hampton” when asked where the “free” breakfast was. The Hampton is way cheaper and definitely nicer. so your staff was correct, It definitely wasn’t the Hampton Inn. instead it was an over priced dump.

the property was old and poorly renovated. the rooms were incredibly small (two double beds barely fit in the space. the bathroom set up was awkward with the sink offset from the mirror. there was no bar service, breakfast or coffee during our stay.

It was quiet.

It was Quiet.

We paid for a Double bed/Double Room by the pool. The place was empty and they tried to give us a Tiny room by the parking lot. Then they gave a another tiny room over the building on the pool side. Finally after 2 moves, we got finally got what we paid for. It was very annoying. Especially with a pet.

Had a lovely stay with family.

Comfortable and clean. Helpful, friendly staff. Good location, lots of restaurants near by and shopping areas.

Pool restroom was locked and unavailable during our stay. Electric outlet in breakfast area was overloaded and could not run toaster and microwave at the same time.

The location was great! Near shops, restaurants and beaches.

The hotel was under renovation. Breakfast options are horrible and located at the entrance of the hotel open to exposure to guest coming in and out of the building. Also the front desk rep Stacy did not properly do the intake process and had weak excuse of why she didn't get a deposit for incidentals like the procedure reads but instead charged me a deposit of my stay at the hotel.
