Great hot tub, fire pit and outdoor pool!
Nothing- all good!!!
4.0 / 5.0
The accommodations were spacious and clean in nice surroundings. We arrived late evening and were only there overnight but the grounds (including a trail system) and amenities seemed to have much to offer even though we could not take advantage of them.
When we arrived the booking.com reservation had not yet appeared on the resort's system so there were a few extra steps we had to take to confirm our reservation with staff. Nothing though that caused any real problems.

The location is great, unit was very clean and comfortable.
The pool and hot tub was not in use.

Felt remote yet not far from all the North Conway activities. Nice pool area and restaurant/bar on property.
The bed was the only thing we really disliked. It was very uncomfortable - old murphy bed mattress.

Location, availability
Two people checked in, we had a room that I guess was a bed that pulled out of the wall, but only one pillow. Our backs killed in the morning. Bed was positioned incredibly awkwardly to location of fire and tv…just straight in the middle of the kitchen

Family appropriate
Staff at checkin/ check out. We were charged additional charges that they could not explain and had we not questioned the charges, they would have not reversed them

The studio was just what we wanted. Very spacious for a studio. Everything worked well and was very happy with supplies in the kitchen.
The air conditioner acted up a few times, so maybe instructions to keep it on the setting we want?

Nicely laid out. Much better than a hotel room (had a kitchen and table to eat at). Bed comfortable. All good.
Bar was closed (covid? Wednesday? after 9:00?)

the bathrooms attached to the pool were gross. why can't the pool just have towels there?!

I really wish that I could be fully reimbursed the room was so gross the mattress was awful the room was so cold with both heaters turned all the way up we had to put the mattress on the floor next to the gas fireplace and we were still cold there was no comforter just pretty much a throw blanket there were dirty bed pads in the closet on a ladder I really wish that I could get reimbursed
