We will be back.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was good. The room was a good size and very clean. It is very close to the Mohegan Sun and was the best value around.

The air conditioning system broke down in the common area--the lobby, bar, front desk area. It was a very, very hot humid day and night. The front door had to remain open. Despite the poor conditions the staff was very courteous. It was a Saturday. Nothing could be done until a service rep could respond. I was really impressed by how well the staff handled this inconvenience. This problem did not extend to the guest floors or rooms. It was a very uncomfortable work situation and the staff was nothing but wonderful.

flood in bathroom help gone for the day

falsely advertised pool and gym both closed.. breakfast over at 9 am on week day!! staff not helpful and frustrated short staff… not clean waiting area walls and floors unkept, seriously short staff overwhelmed!!

Poor. , but that is what I get for a budget friendly stay.

Outside appearance is ok.

Due to flood,no rooms available above 2nd floor. No pool or gym access. Breakfast was setup in the lobby. BIG issue is fire alarm system has constant high pitch buzzing in room, the halls, and at the front desk. :(

nice layout, good for a stop over with low expectations.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Mold in tub was siliconed over and made permanent. Stains in carpet in room.

Ok for a short bargain priced stay

The room was large. The price was very reasonable. Vary close to Mohegan casino. Very quiet.

There was little in the way of amenities, lobby “snack” station not stocked. Many areas had peeling paint. Pool chemicals extremely strong. Pool paint also peeling and could be felt underfoot in the pool.

Unsafe : there were condoms and a needle in the parking lot! Also when we entered the room it had a damp- mildew smell and the bed next to the ac was damp feeling

It was ok for one night, would not stay long term.

The beds were comfortable. Liked that there was a fridge and microwave.

Very outdated, my room (119) had mold and needed to be switched. The new room was clean but still smelled moldy, had water stains in the ceiling (301). The booking website was not up to date and didn't reflect that there were no shuttle services. So that was an unexpected expense.

The room was very nice. Had a microwave and fridge there which help us out nicely. The room was clean. Airconditioning worked great. I would stay here again if in the area. And close to are final destination. Thanks .

Iwe liked almost everything about it. People were friendly breakfast was good and my children loved the swimming pool.poil was open 24-7 which is great. They also had a gym room which is a plus..

The only things I didn't like was when we went to the pool on the day it rained you had a bunch of adults swearing and drinking in the pool.. and that there is only 1 vending and ice machine and its on the first floor and we stayed on the 4th floor. But other then that it was great..

The attention and the breakfast were good.

The facilities are old and do not have proper maintenance. They need to do a lot of cosmetic changes as painting, changes door, bathroom shower was old and dirty. In the gym, the equipment has rust.

decent place for the price, rooms need renovations and repairs, all in all not bad for the price.

it had a pool and free breakfast

there were holes in the walls, the shower curtain rod was bent so the curtain kept opening while I was inbred shower and the face of the heating unit fell off randomly.

Clean and comfortable. Indoor pool, fitness center. In quiet area. Sports bar (though it didn't appear open on the night I was there - a Tuesday.) Friendly staff. Elevator.

Gap between door and door jam big enough to see light from hall through it on sides. Didn't love smell of air freshener in hallway. Needs more light in sitting area.

Superb

The desk person was wonderful! Angelique!!! Very personable, helpful and professional and very caring as I was staying to be close to the hospital where my father was going thru hospice. I ended up staying 4 nights, all at different prices, which was a little irritating but because of the proximity to casino is understandable.... just didn't match with booking.com.
