Maybe breakfast, little bit better then in recent Williams or Page. Little bit because of scrumble eggs however still tragic compared to Europe.
Bugs on sofa mattress
Tragic comfort on sofa mattress (you can feel Springs on back)

Let people know if you have amenities that are unavailable. It was 100+ degrees outside and we chose this hotel for the pool, which was out of service.

Hotel was very conveniently located and in a quiet location. Room was clean. Layout of the room was great, with a dividing wall that contained the refrigerator. It almost felt like a suite.
Walls in the hallway looked dirty. The place appeared in need of an overhaul, or at least a thorough cleaning. Breakfast selection was extremely limited.

The room was clean and suited our needs with our dog, being close to the door outside. Jose and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, excellent, thank you.
Nothing.

Elegimos este alojamiento por su cercanía al Parque Nacional de las Sequioas. Esta genial calidad-precio y tienes muchas opciones de comida cercana.
La habitación tenía un olor fuerte a ambientador.

The hotel looked run down from the last time I stood there a few years back hallway floors were dirty and hallway walls were dingy. Breakfast was mediocre at best with juice machine not working and very few items on the menew.
overall cleaningness of the hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The first thing I noticed when I entered my room was that the sheets were dirty, with hair at some spots. It was clear that they hadn’t been properly cleaned.
Furthermore, whenever I turned on the AC, a foul smell filled the room, making it very unpleasant to stay in. The same unpleasant smell was present in the hallways, indicating a broader issue with the hotel’s cleanliness.
Overall, the entire hotel looked dirty and poorly maintained. I would not recommend staying here until they address these significant hygiene and maintenance issues.

It was good.

The location was convenient, right off the freeway. The staff was cordial and helpful, but my bill did not reflect what was offered/agreed upon.
The room smelled strongly of perfume and was not clean. There were pubes in the bathroom, and a half-eaten ice cream cone in the fridge. One of the washcloths was dirty.

The breakfast was fine, exactly what was expected. The location of the unit was easy access from the highway, very convenient. Also very close to several different restaurants.
we really had no complaints at all.

location
our room stink so bad like pee.
we ask if we can switch room. but they said the other room was already reserved. that wasn’t fair for us because we were there first. They gave us a one bed room and it was very uncomfortable for us.
so we would like a refund.

Highly recommend this hotel. The room was a bit compact but the layout worked really well and the bathroom was a good size. The bench under the window was a great place to put luggage. The bed was very comfy too. The staff are very friendly and professional. The location is good for the outlets, restaurants and Walmart.

This hotel boasts a good location and really nice staff.
The hotel needs more staff to take care of the vast number of issues with the rooms (bad shower faucet, uncomfortable squeaky beds, toilet that does not flush properly, toilet paper in really awkward location, and breakfast hours and pool hours that end too early.

The jacuzzi tub even though jets weren't as strong as they usually are.
Shower and sink drain very slow and bed sinks in the middle.

First night this time was fine, I decided to stay another day BIG MISTAKE!!!
Where do I begin with this one... I knew I would be away a good portion of the morning and afternoon, I asked the staff to replace the towels and empty the trash ONLY... When I returned A LOT OF MY THINGS WERE GONE, of course I'm upset, I talk to the manager on duty, though she tried her best to be kind and understanding of the situation, she wasn't helpful. Upon further inspection of the room and my belongings in the closet, I find other things missing, something insignificant someone, but held great value to me and can not be replaced not to mention the money stolen from my things and the only explanation is the housekeeping staff says she didn't go in the closet.. so you're stealing and half ass doing you job. This was definitely a disappointment, I hope no body else gets violated like I did.

The room was a decent size and had an excellent bathroom. Coffee available 24 hours at reception and the location was good for access to the highway and a decent variety of fast food outlets. Good laundry facility.
Breakfast stopped at 09.00. We thought this was unusually early for the breakfast to close and we were never made aware of the breakfast times either at check-in or in the room info. There was a small sign posted on the wall behind reception showing times 06.00 to 09.00 but was this was easily missed. We went down for breakfast at 09.15 and the girl who was clearing up and made no offer of even giving us some muffins etc. and was quite rude to me when I asked if there was anything at all we could have by telling me I was too late and she didn't make the rules. It was only after a chance conversation with the manager they conceded to give us some cereal and muffins to take to the room. The staff could be a lot more helpful and informative

affordable for being last minute
the vending machine charged me $5 for a water bottle & $10 for a small bag of cookies even though it says it’s $1.50
