Beautiful and relaxing.
Breakfast was good.
Bar by the pool was great and fun staff.
Bar in restaurant was great and fun staff.
Dinner sitting out side under the tree, the mosquitos came out, got a few bug bites. The service was slow, a gentlemen couldn’t take are order right, and the food was ok clams and ribeye wasn’t good.

See below for my response to breakfast question,
We loved our dinner in the bar area where we could concurrently glimpse from our table the evening tennis match on the big screen TV.
We absolutely loved your pools and hot tub. Good temperatures! We preferred the warmer hot tub. All good.
It would have been great to have a simple breakfast option of a take-away scone or muffin to enjoy with our coffee in your beautiful patio area, rather than a sit-down breakfast with waited service. We w Aere there for the tennis tournament, and needed to keep moving in the morning before leaving for the day.

Our room was nice. We loved how well the air conditioning worked. The bed was very comfortable.
The lobby and restaurant were completely devoid of decorations or wall hanging. The restaurant was closed one night due to a conference so I had to walk across the street to get food at the Hyatt.
Also I didn’t like how the hotel allows outside guests to use the pool. It was very loud several nights that we were there because of the DJs playing loud rap music.

The Restuarant and Bar were relocated during renovation of these facilities. The relocation area (Conference Room) was poor. The food and service was good, but we did not use these services for the poor location. One night we did order food to go and this was fantastic.

Location
Bed was bumpy not comfortable

The staff was very kind and great at what they did
Not enough umbrellas by the pools. The quiet pool had 2 umbrellas and maybe 20 lounge chairs. Invitation to sunburns and heat strokes, regardless of sun lotion being applied
3.0
great location, clean, nicely designed, electric car chargers available, pool
restaurant manager was rude/incompetent, air conditioner sounded like a freight train coming through the room all night, service at restaurant terrible

peaceful, beautiful, relaxing and quaint. friendly staff

the spa was excellent
the food was subpar, and the room rate went up after I booked it. I had to cancel one night because of cost. I don’t think my rewards were applied. I already reached out to booking.com about this but no reply.

I liked the grounds/ garden/ grove and citrus trees, the restaurant was ok, the room was large, plenty of parking and the staff was friendly. The food was good to OK and crowd who stayed in the resort were civilized and upper middle class.
The pool because they let outsiders use the pool and mix in with the hotel guests. This had lowered the standard of the pool, made it crowded and in a bad way, rowdy kids and people ( not staying and paying the high room rate) taking up prime location around the pool.
The mattress in the room was lopsided, meaning the side that is next to the night table was used so much that it had almost collapsed compared to the side near the wall. The mattress is worn out and must be replaced with new.
Noise: there was a constant whirring noise in the room, very bothersome at night, not sure if it was the small refrigerator or was coming from outside.

The setting, the grounds, and the service people are wonderful.
The room rates have become astronomical when the BNP Paribas tournament is running. After resort fee and taxes, the standard room was more than $900 a night!

Spacious, comfortable, quiet and clean room. Daily maid service was of highest standards. Beautiful grounds; great pool; nice fire pits. Ideal location.
Food was mediocre

spacey room, nice pool. free fruit picking from the various fruit trees around the resort!! (major highlight).
no breakfast, food options at on-property restaurants were pricey and low quality

it’s so green beautiful gardens. fire pits everywhere in the property
nothing to say

All the staff.... The location.... The rooms... The bed... The food and drinks. The amenities.
That the computer system was down... Had to get up and pay for the room early in the AM and it took them 2 times to get keys made to both rooms... Hence the computer issue. None of your staffs fault.

Nice environment, resort located in a nice area not too far from major stores. The resort had onsite entertainment in addition to pools that were open up late. There was live music on the weekend and fire pits to relax by.
Pool wasn’t as extravagant as pictured, not enough shade and smaller pool.
2.5
We liked the room and the facilities and that the pools were open late for swimming (even though the key cards kept not working to let us into the pools)
What could have been better is that the bar and restaurants shut at 9.00pm and also we had NO housekeeping for 3 days due to 'Covid' - that is now just an excuse for not employing enough staff. Shocking when paying over $500 per night that you have to go and collect clean towels, coffee and ask to have your trash emptied.

Overall great experience! The pool was great, staff were very helpful and the food at the restaurant was delicious! Our room was perfect, great size and value!
I don’t have much to complain about. Everything was great, the only minor detail that comes to mind is the light in the sink area near the bathroom made a noise… but it wasn’t bothersome to me!
