good value to stay one night for a concert at the Pavilion

the bathroom tub/shower was a bit gross, it looked dirty, but I think it was just very worn.

the tub and the carpet looked dirty, but were worn and the carpet was stained

Okay. I’ll still use this hotel again as it’s near where I go to this area for.

I use a walker and room was difficult to get to as no ramp near my room. Had to park a distance away so I could manage a place to get to up the curb and to my room. It was also a distance from the breakfast area, so I left without eating.

my stay was relaxing and comfortable

very clean, friendly staff late at night, the front desk clerk went above and beyond, when we were done with the check in process he walked me out to show me where my room was.

There were prostitutes being ran out of the rooms below me for 3 days. Every time I came back from work there was cold water in my shower (I'm assuming from the prostitutes showering all day). There was cum stains on the furniture in my room. And the carpet was sticky.

Wouldn’t stay again

Location, the breakfast was nice to have and was pretty good.

The bathroom was in kind of rough shape. The tub had tape covering a bunch of different spots on it- some looked to be covering jets, but some tape pieces were not on jets so I’m not sure if there were cracks or something else. When I was coming back to my room on the second floor, I saw that housekeeping had put a stack of clean towels and sheets on lid of the garbage can at the top of the stairs. I called the front desk from my room- and let them know. I said that I wasn’t sure if they were stacking them there as they carried things up and down the stairs since there is no elevator, but it was absolutely disgusting to think about the “clean” sheets and towels in rooms being placed on the gross garbage can lid outside at all. The guy who had answered the phone just said- in a very bored voice- “thanks for letting us know”, and that was it. Didn’t sound surprised, didn’t sound like they would do anything about it. Wouldn’t stay there again knowing that they’re ok with that.

Disappointment

Nothing to like. It was so bad my sister amd I didn't Stay. We had already paid, of course no refunds we had reserved the room through Booking.com.

The location, there were all kind of working men drinking in the parking lot outside of our room. Loud obnoxious, rude and made us so uncomfortable we left.

I liked the gym very much enjoyed the breakfast, but the bathtub and its faucet were difficult to use and the air condit

At first there was no way to plug up the bath tub to take a bath. A very Then the faucet in the bath tub was very difficult to use. other than that I found the staff to be extremely polite and the facilities very clean in the location. The location was excellent for a lot of things like what, convenient options for locals, unfamiliarf cooking and exotic Asian fairs. you do like going to the drugstore, doing your laundry, other basic day-to-day things that are sometimes hard to find in a hotel. A nice resourceful room engineer, came in after I complained, proud of him of being unable to take care of the bathtub, and took care of it right away. th, very courteous. The lady who prepared breakfast did an excellent job. There were delicious options and a lot of so I appreciated that. So on the balance, it was a comfortable stay and the nice staff compensated for the troublesome bathtub fixtures,

it was somewhere to sleep with one eye open

pictures were inaccurate on the website to real life bedspread was dirty walls were dirty. It was the actual hole in the bathtub. Everything is dingy and old…. my room smelled like smoke and then the thing that made me the most angry is they offered me an early check-in at 12 o’clock and then after I agreed to it said it’s only a $30 charge thats inprofessionalism at its best.

Not the best.

The best thing about this property was the bed and the breakfast in the morning.

The shower did not work, the air conditioning didn’t work, they gave us the wrong room, the pool was like ice and there were four or five homeless people outside our room throughout the entire night.

was okay for a one night stay before getting back on the road. t

the room was nice. clean and comfortable for a night stay. The breakfast was 100% worth the stay. OMG who ever they have preparing that meal is amazing. YUM!!!

at 1:15 am! a employee was pounding on our door. when I opened it he proceeded to walk away without explanation and started yelling at a different employee down the hall. was very rude. then from 2-3 am there was pounding and what seemed to be a lot of drug activity outside

For a couple days it's fine. Not for family vacations.

Good location. Lots of places to eat, relatively central. Free parking.

Room was very cold. Breakfast could use some more variety and fruits.

Breakfast is fine. Who is in charge for breakfast the Mexican lady she is very nice lady . Only she can earning the good points back for your hotel ☺️
