The people who worked there were exceptionally cordial, accommodating & genuinely nice. The seating area was comfortable & clean. We stayed one night & left.
The rooms are in desperate need of repair. The first room we were given did not lock. We were told to pull it hard & it would lock. After several tries we asked for a room change. The paint was peeling in the shower & there was what appeared to be lime deposit on the faucet & the bottom of the toilet. The second room was a bit better but toilet & faucet had the same deposit. When we took showers we were standing in water up to our ankles because the shower / tub didn’t drain. The sink also did not drain properly.I’m still waiting for my refund.

Location
The pool was closed part of time. Hot tub was closed indefinitely. Breakfast was never on time. 3rd shift clerk was a jerk!

The locaction of the hotel is good. There are restaurants close by and it's not too far from the airport...about 20 minutes. There is plenty of self parking.
The hotel is right next to a busy highway, therefore it's pretty noisy in the room. I was not able to place the deadbolt on my door, it didn't line up with the doorjam. There were no charging stations in the room. The cold water faucet at the sink was difficult to shut off.
Overall, the hotel is older, but relatively clean.

The location was quiet.
The pancake batter looked disgusting. It was watery and there were dark chunks in it. There was an empty pan that had eggs in it. No one was available to ask about it.

I was scammed by booking.com because they listed a double room and double beds and this location has no such rooms.

The staff was friendly!
The room had old, stained carpet and cracked tile in bathroom. The breakfast wasn't stocked. One piece of bread for toast, two bagels and one donut. Eggs were "wet". When I came back later, it was the same with over an hour left of serving time.

The gentleman who checked my boyfriend and I in was very helpful and accommodating. The first room we were assigned to smelled heavily of cigarette smoke- afterwards, we were assigned to the jacuzzi suite which we enjoyed a lot better. The beds were also comfortable.
The property is unfortunately getting old as you can tell by looking at the infrastructure inside and outside of the building, and the elevator and the rooms seem a little outdated.

The place is lonely and looks very run down from the outside. The reason why I cancelled my reservation. Never heard from them and the counter guy I talked to seemed to be bothered. Better off staying at the hotel behind this one that is best western.
