I liked that my bedroom was cleaned everyday.
I was disappointed with my stay at the hotel. There were no electric converters or USB-C ports in the room, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was very poor in quality, especially considering the $30 price tag—I ended up going out instead, which makes me question staying at the Hyatt again. Additionally, it’s unacceptable that no complimentary water was provided despite paying over $200 per night. Lastly, the bed was so worn out that I sank into it and couldn’t sleep well. Please consider updating your beds to provide a more comfortable experience for your guests.

They provide water bottles in your room. At checkout comes to find out you have to pay for those water bottles, which is 350 per 8 oz water bottle driving pay for parking, which is $30, should have been 20. This is not a resort, so we shouldn't be paying that much in parking fees. Put as on a noisy area close to the airplane. All you heard all day was jets. Taken off. Leaking faucet from the toilet. Engineers came in to ask us. What did we do to the pipes instead of asking? What is the problem in whitneys to be done accused instead of asking Will not be returning to that hotel. Surprise fees at checkout is not my style.

Comfortable
They charge you for parking and even for the bottled water in the room. A 300$ per night property should not be charging for those.
The worst part is they don’t have daily housekeeping. They try to save despite the higher rates they charge.

Location was clean.
When opening our room after check in, they gave us a room that was currently being occupied. We had to go back down, carry all our stuff and we’re placed on the complete opposite side of the hotel with no assistance.

Didn't have the breakfast but had dinner twice and enjoyed both of them. The waitresses were very kind and delightful to deal with.

loved the room and the pool. the restaurant was also very yummy.
I think $30/night for parking is a little pricey.

Excellent staff and facilities! Love this hotel!

We loved everything. The lighting choices, the electric outlets (tons of them and close to the bed), small patio to step out onto, easy and reliable wi-fi. This was one of the most comfortable rooms we've stayed in (no joke!) we loved it!!!
The prices at store in the lobby were astronomical... ($8 for water; $9 for a latte)
3.5
Great room, spacious, clean and comfortable. Great restaurant, great infrastrcuture.
Roomservice was beyond expensive for something delivered in a brown bag, re-heated on a microwave with paper and plastic utensils;
Housekeeping services was not available daily, and difficult to coordinate, which is disappointing for a hotel like the Hyatt -should happen seemlessly.

The shower drain didn’t work very well
