Location. Staff was nice and accommodating.
Small rooms/restrooms, older fixtures. Not worth what was paid. Beds were uncomfortable.

Bad area. Smelly small room. Overpriced. Out of all the places I’ve stayed this was the biggest let down. I know LA is expensive but for the price I’d have rather stayed at home.
Everything.

it was a nice location and seemed a really great price. was excited to stay in Chinatown
it wasn’t very clean, I found a number of hairs that were not ours and also no microwave, no ice, really no amenities. also, the staff was rushing me out of my room to try to clean before I was scheduled and I left my memory foam pillows and a few other items because of the rush. also no parking

unfortunately the roomed smelled terrible. because of our very short stay, we didn’t bother to inform the staff. the location is perfect if you’re visiting a Dodgers game and the staff is super friendly.

parking could be better

Great stay for the price.
Location is a bit far from everything cool in LA.

dope location
nothing really, it was great for the price and location

It had the basic things needed and it was in a good location.
For the price, I expected more amenities and the room to be more updated.

Location was good. There is also been some attempt to update the rooms recently. Free parking.
The room we were given was directly above a bus stop. We were woken up early in the morning with the sounds of the bus alarm. Even after we fell back asleep we were walking up again by renovation noises coming from one of the rooms adjacent to ours. Our room was half renovated. The floor looks like all linoleum that needed replacement 20 years ago and the bathroom was midget sized….. I mean seriously, you had to move sideways to close the door!

Pet friendly because we took our dog and was not any issues about it.
Smell of Marijuana everywhere even my next neighbor door 😒
3.0
It was easy to get in and out. Area was generally walkable.
Way too noisy. You can hear people outside the room. You can hear people in adjacent rooms. Someone walks by or rolls their luggage by, it reverberates through the room. You feel the whole structure vibrate when someone shuts a door somewhere. You can hear every car that rolls in, opens, shuts, the dings when they are locked or unlocked. And sadly, Chinatown seems a bit dead - maybe that’s just the general state of things in the US. It livens up a bit on Sunday morning when there’s a market and sidewalk vendors. There are still a few interesting shops, restaurants, and little attractions - like Cakeland LA, within the kischy-cool old Chinatown plaza.

Fantastic spot in the heart of Chinatown. Very cool iconic facade. Walkable to good food, shopping, & the train. Staff was super nice.
Felt unsafe at night. There was blood on our floor & hairs in the bathroom on the counter, floor, & in the shower. Couldn't tell if the sheets were fresh because they were stained. Door didn't close securely, we had to prop a chair against the handle.
