Very helpful front deck. Convenient location in terms of traveling access to free way and metro to downtown.

Access to I5 free way. About 3 miles to Downtown. Access to Metro blue line.

Breakfast has very little options. Early they had fruit Juice but this trip no fruit juice.

There were only smoking rooms available. There's no way in 2023 that a smoking room is something reasonable. There even was a cigarette burn in the sheets. Something definitely to change.

CLEAN ROOM DIRTY CUSTOMER SERVICE

I I like that the rooms were clean.

I didn't like that there was no internet and I didn't like the customer service that I was giving by the gentleman that checked me in. I was giving a smoking room which was my mistake I didn't pay attention to the room that I was reserving. When I caught the front desk about getting a non smoking room he told me it would be an extra $15. I checked the prices and it was the same price for non-smoking and smoking. When I went up to the front desk and stated that to him he moves me to another room. I was not told that the internet was not working, which I thought that should have been one of the things that he told me when I checked in. I went to the window to ask a question and the general was on the phone. After me standing there a couple minutes can you continue to talk on the phone and turned his back to me. I stood there a couple more minutes and finally just went back to my room. Now I feel the good customer service would have called the room when they got done doing what they were doing to see what it is that I needed or wanted, that didn't happen. I also didn't like that there was no ice machine. I wasn't told breakfast hours either. Also when checking in for some reason he thought he needed to tell me that there was no in and out traffic it's though I was a child or look like some type of person that would have traffic in and out. I kind of feel that it was a black thing I hate to say, but whatever the reason was I didn't appreciate the way I was treated.
