Everything!! Its clean. The bed is comfty. Staffs are super friendly and the food is wonderful. I will definitely choose to stay in this hotel whenever I am in Calgary. The price is too great for an awesome hotel.

Maybe the refrigerator, it a little noisy but its not a thing anyone cam control so i wont hold it against the hotel.

Very close to our family. Comfortable rooms

They're redoing the parking (or something) and we couldn't get a parking spot a few times. The hotel had changed names and will do so again in October. Confusing to find the rental. Breakfast is only so-so. Usually we went out.

Breakfast was a favorite for our kids. They loved the waffles. The pool was nice., Not too cold. The location was perfect as you didn't have to go far from the Highway and was only a short distance to the city.

We paid extra to get a room with a pull out sofa bed to fit our growing family. Unfortunately the mattress on the pull out was the most uncomfortable one we have ever had in our travels so we ended up paying an additional amount of money to get a cot which was much better than the pull out. The actual beds were great!

I’ve been traveling across Canada since April 20/23 and only just got back home today July 25/23 and this was the best hotel and friendliest staff out of all the stops.

Disappointing

Breakfast and common areas were great. Clean and staff were wonderful.

Room was advertised as two queen beds. In actuality they were only doubles. When staff were asked about this they stated “these are our queens” tv remote did not work

Very good place for Dogs, there is a pond directly behind hotel with a paved walking path around it, lots of grass.

$21 for a dog… not sure what this expense is for.

We could come back any time.

We love the cleanliness of the room. The nice welcome sign in the room with beautiful decorations in one of the beds and in the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, fruits, juices, yogurts, omelets, hashes, sausages, and more. The staff was super friendly. The pool and hot tub were clean and quiet.

Just the price is up but it is generally in the industry

Amazing staff and facility, I will be back

Room was clean and above my expectations. The restocked coffee maker made my morning fantastic. I also enjoyed the spacious bathroom.

Breakfast was fine not fresh eggs,pool taste bit salty,front desk wasn't hospitable and friendly,staff from the breakfast was great and very approachable thou.

Call ahead of time and asked if we can check -in bit earlier, she said she will call me if we can,we did check-in a bit earlier as we came 30mins early at the hotel.but haven't received any call from them
