It was very nice and stress free, definitely recommend if you need a cheap hotel room thats comfortable and easy to find

It was in the middle of a lot of stores that were all within walking distance, and was in the same parking lot as dennys which was very nice. The staff was really helpful and nice. However there was a lot of yelling and loud noises throughout the nice, but other than that everything else was extremely nice and comfortable.

There was a lot of what sounded like partying all throughout the night, and a lot of random screaming but other than that no complaints!

We sure are staying there again…great location for being close to restaurants and stores.

we sure like the cozy place how cute the bathroom was and it was our first time there in Modesto for family gathering.

What kinda made us think was about the garden it wasn’t clean. And or beautiful. And it took away the view of the Hotel when you go to park or go and pay at the hotel Office.

Not too shabby for the price

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rokm was decent for the price.

Traffic was extremely noisy, bathroom very small, room and grounds needed some updating.

bed cover design was very pretty, and the heater warms the room up fast.

no trash can in the restroom.

fairly clean, and very nice people that runs the place.

I didn’t appreciate the homeless people across the street, but the discovery inn can’t really do anything about that, unfortunately.

If you want to sleep, you will be disappointed.

The rooms have very thin walls. Cars driving by all night made it impossible to sleep. Two guys were in the parking lot blaring their (Bass) radio with doors open at midnight for 30 minutes. I had to get up and yell at them, and they stayed another 15 minutes. I was about ready to call police when they finally left. You can barely get in the bathroom because the door opens in to a very narrow opening. They had one, tabel cloth thin, blanket on the bed. In addition, when I arrived, they asked for a cash deposit, and would not take credit card. The room appeared clean, but could use some new paint and ceiling repair. Lights were dangling out of makeshift holes in the ceiling. It didn't appear professional, or to code.

The room was very clean and didn't smell of smoke like other Motels I have been to.Is perfect for one night or even more if you need to stay in the area.

I was kicked out for no reason the morning after I checked in abs was told I only paid for one night and I was not given

it was not very likeable, it was your typical cheap motel

it’s not a great place for light sleepers, you can hear doors opening all night and it sounds like your door every time

It was available at the last minute.

The bath had hair all over it. There was a large gap between the entry door and the door jam.
