desk said booking reservation didn’t cross over so waited on room assignment that wasn’t what booking said, room was extremely small, tv didn’t work, thermostat was stuck on 72, over crowded, restaurant was out of many items, no parking for hotel guests, had to be out early because we were told our vehicle had to be moved. way over priced

This is the worst hotel I have booked for so many years. My friend got covid and was uncomfortable. I wanted to change it to a week later. On the 27th of March, I have 3 days left to change. It’s all about defrauding me. I definitely don’t recommend you to stay in this hotel. Of course, this is also the last reservation for booking. You can find the hotel’s official website directly on Google. Reservation is not only convenient for communication, but also the price will not be different

The rooms were clean and roomy and staff were helpful
The hotel lobby needs updating and a casual lounge/bar area added that is not in their Italian restaurant

The staff was exceptionally nice and the restaurant was wonderful. I liked the location and the things to do and visit around the hotel.
It was expensive to stay there and I expected a nicer room for the price. When we checked in I was charged an additional amount for anything that "might happen". The room had a candy caddy that listed prices if you ate any. The room never seemed to be as cool as we wanted.

Unfortunately, we only stay here for two nights, not enough! Need more nights. We reserved one double bed room and one suite room. The service is very good, the room facilities are quite new, the kitchen equipment meets our two family needs, the beds are particularly comfortable and we can get good rest. In addition to enjoying the beautiful scenery of the snow mountain, the resort has many entertainment items. Such as hiking along the mountain, mountain biking, trampoline, etc. We hope be back on the skiing season. Recommend here to you.

The property was in a good location with excellent staff and a very good restaurant. It was also nice having a kitchen.
We had a studio with a pull down bed (was not aware when booking) that was very uncomfortable. The unit had high windows with no shade that the sun came through bright and early. There was no space to sit our luggage - less furniture and more storage space would be better

The concierge, particularly the young lady, was helpful.
See above. It was far from worth what we were charged.

Showers did not get hot... was told to wait 30 minutes for showers to warm up because many others were using them at the same time. This is none of my concern as I have paid $800+ for my room. Very disappointing

Location
We ran out tissues, toilet paper and towels. Nothing was reissued after cleaning. They took forever to bring anything up. The bed was hard as a rock. The rooms are really small for the price. Nothing was open nearby. Really overpriced.

Great location for being in Teton Village.
Absolutely zero coffee. I mean no coffee offered in the hotel or the village. Had to drive to Jackson to get my first cup. The room was microscopic, two people couldn't fit in the hallway between the bed and bathroom.

Closeness
The snow plow that started at 12 pm & plowed until 4 AM with back up signal beeping all night long😟😳. Other then that all good.

We like the location and restaurants and gym. We had our room upgraded and it was lovely and comfortable.
We have stayed at this hotel for several years and returned because we have enjoyed our stays in the past. However this year we felt very uncomfortable with the way the staff and guests were handling the pandemic.
They are failing to follow and enforce basic CDC guidelines making it uncomfortable in any area outside of our room. For some guests this may not be an issue, but if you are someone who is concerned about public health and safety in the middle of a pandemic, here are my primary concerns:
- Other guests weren't wearing masks in the hallways, restaurants, lobby, or gym
- Staff weren't encouraging guests to comply with mask wearing in the above locations
- Wait staff did not maintain distance and the restaurant seating was uncomfortably close

Close to everything
Cleaning people did not clean very well
