Absolutely terrible, do not recommend!!!

Overall, the hotel was horrible and our experience was far from expected- and we did not have high expectations. Firstly, It is located right at the end of the strip, far from walking distance to anything we wanted to see in Vegas. The hotel was also extremely dated and the cleanliness of the rooms (or lack of) is far below par. A few hours after checking in to our ‘non smoking room’ we called concierge to see if we could swap rooms as we had requested a non smoking room and the one we were provided had a very obvious and unbearable smoking scent- my husband and I do not smoke and he is an asthmatic. Our request was denied saying they did not have any availability even though booking.com suggested otherwise. We were dismissed and told they would send someone up. We had a member of staff come with a can of deodorizer which did not resolve the issue. The room also did not appear to have been cleaned, there was hair all over the carpet, on the bed and in the bathroom and crumbs all over the floor. We also had to wear shoes inside because the carpet was sticky and felt like something you would expect in a nightclub. Do yourself a favour and avoid staying here at all costs!

Front desk de mala actitud parece que te hacen un favor. Y no fue el que me realizó el Check in el estuvo muy amable pero el día lunes fui por la tarde por una información y la persona que estaba fue muy grosero y nada asertivo en cómo tratar a un cliente. Me dieron una mejor habitación por 30 dólares más por noche pero al llegar no sirvió el aire acondicionado de la habitación y era en el último piso el más caliente. Y estábamos a 42 grado C afuera. Me cambiaron de habitación 3 horas después y era más chica baño súper pequeño apenas se podía entrar y salir de él. Habitación 20-140

The property was very clean overall it was enjoyable to walk through your hallways. Few things need to be addressed some of the oldness of the hotel and the way that you’re made Service cleans the bathrooms.

Some of the things I did not like with your cocktail waitresses with very bad attitudes in the area of where you place your big bet at she was very nasty. She walked by me and my associates four times and I addressed it, but no one ever said anything to me no management staff at all as a patron, I am there to pay salaries. I am not there for attitude because I am a man of color a man of color. She chose to wait on two other people before she even thought about coming our way and she still never came she looked at us and turned her head.

Good stay at The Strat

The location and the option to get a discounted price for going up the Strat Tower. The customer service was phenomenal. See below.

Even though prepaid, I upgraded to a better room with fridge and found the room stinking of cigarette smoke. (Was non smoking room). Spent one night and asked to change rooms the next day. Was arranged straight away.

Hotel correct dans l ensemble

Bel hôtel dommage nous n avons pas eu assez de temps pour profiter de tous les services de cet établissement.

Dommage que l hôtel soit éloigné du strip. Il faut beaucoup marcher pour rejoindre le centre. Par ailleurs le personnel a l accueil ne fait pas d efforts pour nous comprendre malgré l application traduction. Il n y a pas de Frigo dans la chambre et le parking extérieur est payant, 20 $.

Just made it work since we were already booked and out of town, had absolutely no reception in our r

Booked a smoking room and didn't get one, called, then next thing you know, room service is at my door, came straight into my room, stating they were told at didn't want the room. 2 minutes later like 5 security at the door saying the smoke alarm almost went off. Mind you, we had only been in the room like 10 minutes at this point. I invited them in so they could smell for themselves that we never smoked in there. They cleared us and left, it was just an uncomfortable situation and they lied as well, a smoke detector almost going off... suspicious.

They way we were treated after complaining about not having a smoking room. It was really unprofessional and assuming to come to our room after yall giving us a room we didn't book.

We paid way too much for a terrible hotel room.

It had a pool

We were upsold on our room because we wanted a fridge. Our “upgraded” room had no window and basically no door on the bathroom. The bathroom was essentially inside the main room because the door didn’t close. It was terrible and we didn’t even get a window. The price was very much not worth it.

Overall a massive letdown.

The one thing we really loved was the pool, but it closed at 5PM every day which seems really silly given people are staying up later and the sun doesn’t even go down until 8pm.

Most of the rooms are extremely dated, and for the price not comparable to other stays in Vegas for similar pricing. The ones that were remodeled were very tiny. Definitely would not stay again.

C’est pas la première fois que je viens à la strat ,surpris de devoir payer 20€ par jour pour le parking 🤔😡 c’est comme la piscine qui ferme à 17h alors qu’il il y’a un super soleil 🌞 avec trente degrés 🤔le pire c’est que le personnel passe fermé les parasols à 16h 🥵et nous dit que si ont veux de l’ombre il faut changé de place……🤔sûrement des aménagements pour le bien être du personnel 🤔ne parlons pas du bar de la piscine un peu plus de sourire ça serait bien 😁😉👍oublié pas les clients 😉merci.

Plutôt bonne expérience, meilleur rapport qualité/prix.

Le rapport qualité/prix imbattable L'espace casino est agréable, pas trop cacophonique. La vue depuis les étages supérieurs. La proximité du Monorail qui permet d'atteindre facilement tous les hôtels du Strip.

Le personnel est souvent désagréable, rarement souriant. Particulièrement au check-in et au Strat Café. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisée des chambres attenantes et du couloir. Les chambres rénovées et "elevated" se trouvent en fait dans les étages inférieurs. Nous avons éé logés au 4e étage avec la fenêtre qui donnait sur un mur... Aucune vue. Nous sommes revenus dans cet hôtel à la fin de notre séjour, et avons pris des chambres standard qui se trouvaient aux étages supérieurs avec une vue magnifique pour un prix encore inférieur. Seule différence constatée entre les deux types de chambre, l'absence de régrigérateur dans les chambres standard. Mais il y a un distributeur de glaçons au bout de chaque couloir, ce qui permet de garder les boissons au frais. Chambres standard à privilégier selon moi.

Very inconvenient

The water was not working during our stay. At certain points, only the cold water worked. Other times, the water was too hot. I played and experimented to get a warm consistency and it did not get warm. The sink did not work. It overflowed from when we first got there. There was a little overflow from I’m assuming the previous group who stayed in our room. The free WiFi did not work. I usually have a great stay at this hotel but I am very disappointed with this stay.

Construction going on inside the casino, a lot of ppl smoking, needs to be a free smoking zone, they didn’t let us know we had to pay $20 per day for parking.

Our initial room was not clean. Dirty towels and bed was not made. Ig the room just want ready in time. But when they gave us another room which was a suite, we were highly satisfied. Staff was friendly, great location, great casino. Just that one inconvenience.

Glad to be back home… needs better housekeeping

No housekeeping for the four days… no clean towels… no face towels… no wash rags… room not cleaned… trash not dumped… needs air vents in bathrooms… 5073 didn’t have a chair… same trash in hallways all four days…

Overall my stay was nice and pleasant

I won’t be rebooking with strat if I was to return to Las Vegas.

There was not much I enjoyed about the hotel at all. The bell staff were incredible and super helpful.

Property was outdated and needs repairs. because they allow smoking in the facility our room smelt of smoke, the room was small, had no fridge or coffee/tea making.

Nice but doesn’t offer anything that warrants a $44.95 daily Resort Fre

We stayed in the North tower, rooms have been renovated, pretty accurately depicted in the pictures. In house Starbucks and McDonald’s as well as some market/souvenir stores are really convenient. PT’s Sports Bar has good food, decent prices. View from the tower is worth checking out, discounted tickets for hotel guests. Delicious ice cream at the cafe on 108 Level. Blended drinks were well made! There’s also an in house comedy club and shows.

The nightly resort fee of 44.95 plus tax includes, discounted admission to the tower (it’s still 9.00 a guest) access to fitness centre, in room single brew coffee, seasonal access to swim and social (not available this time of year) “complimentary” local and toll free calls and discounts on shows and attractions, not specified. This is an exorbitant amount for access to basic hotel amenities, and seasonal access to the pool (there’s no discount on resort fee for off season) and access to discounts you may or may not want. Also one of our rooms didn’t have a hair dryer the other didn’t have an iron, was informed by the front desk that not every room gets a hair dryer because they don’t have enough for every room!! Again, a basic amenity!

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, but the staff did not keep a small group together.

The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was beautiful. The hotel was clean.

We asked for the rooms to be near each other and they placed us six floors apart. I asked if there was anything I could do to change it and they said no. This was a family vacation and it was extremely disappointing that our rooms were not on the same floor (especially because they were booked months in advance). The rooms being six floors apart was stressful and took away from the overall vacation.. The hotel was not as family friendly as advertised - Only one of the three rides advertised was open (I was traveling with teenagers, so the rides were one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel). I had suspected that the pool would be closed, but the emails leading up to the trip advertised it as something to do which created false expectations.

Is at the end of the strip, thou is at an easy location to find a bus. There was an odd odor in the casino area like humidity but the place was ok and worth the price. No complains
