Well it’s cheap, but you can smell weed in your room and the staff is not friendly.

I believe only reason anyone would book this hotel is the price

Unprofessional staff. I asked for laundry hours and the old receptionist stared at me like mad, then he told me the laundry room would be closed for the day at 8pm. I went to the laundry room the next day, and the sign says the laundry room closed at 8:30pm. I guess man didn’t want visitors to use laundry room? Next morning I wanted to change some coins to do the laundry, and the same guy was very unfriendly again. He didn’t say anything and passed me the coins like I’m a beggar. The laundry price is also high, I paid 7 dollars for 1 basket of clothes. The young guy was alright, but this mid-age man would stare at you like you are a criminal.

Furnishings in the room was in poor repair. Shower was very weak in water pressure. Great housekeepi

Was not aware that a breakfast was offered.

Other guests were noisy and rude. Please have staff remind guests not to make conversation while in the hallway.

Clean and staff was very nice

My room was freezing upon arrival....the heater was not that effective....since this motel is in the Bay Area they should consider it gets cold....I couldn't take a shower for an hour, because that's the time it took for the heater to heat the room.

It was reasonably clean.

Tiles were cracked and loose on the bathroom floor. Racks for towels were old and rusty and the sink was cracked. Plumbing hot and cold were installed backwards. Generally poorly maintained.

Very spacious room — the place definitely needs better care.

Very big room with all the facilities needed, the layout of it is also well arranged. The microwave and fridge are a little further away from the beds and behind a wall. We were three guests staying in a room with two beds and felt great and spacious.

The place definitely needs a bit of renovation. The shower curtains stand was bent, the armchair stained, the chair dirty… but it did it’s job for a three days stay in San Francisco.

Good

We decided to sleep here as finding a normal room for 4 with parking space is nearly impossible in San Francisco unless you're paying a small fortune. There is nothing particularly right with the hotel nor is there something wrong with it. Location was convenient and we were glad we chose this as opposed to sleeping in the big city.

Neighborhood was a little shady but compared to most of San Francisco all the same anyway.

If I could go back and get different hotel I would. don’t recommend it

nothing much … pretty basic

location… entire room was stuffy and hallways smelled smoke and Marijuana. the floor was dirty … the bed was pretty uncomfortable… walls / doors were in bad shape and TV didn’t even had Channels … 😣

When I booked the hotel, booking.com clearly stated that breakfast is included in this hotel. But when we arrived, the front desk coldly told us that there is no breakfast, only coffee. I think we should get some refund back since the information is misleading. If I knew that there is no breakfast, I would not reserve this hotel.

The room is spacious and comfortable. I like the flooring which is tile or artificial wood. It is very clean. Not like carpet which look unclean most of the time.

You get what you pay for.

It’s close to the highway, it was convenient when trying to make it to Berkeley for my niece’s graduation

It’s noisy at night. You often hear cars honking. The mattress was not very comfortable. Staff wasn’t very welcoming. I was handed the keys and told the room number and nothing else. I was standing there expecting at least “enjoy your stay” the same at checkout. The couch in our room had questionable stains.

I have stayed here before and been happy. This time however I wasn’t impressed.

Location is convenient to many services and places of interests.. Microwave and fridge a plus.

No coffee in room, no lobby coffee for 6:30 am departure. Room smelled of past cigarette smoke. Lobby smelled like marijuana. Fan broken and noisy in bathroom. Desk chair was worn with no padding.

I don’t know if property changes their staff, but have been staying here for 2+ years and looks like front desk staff are new and doesn’t like her job. upon walking in the office, looks like 2 staff members where arguing behind the check in window. and it all went down hill from there

The hotel has levels & for whatever reason the either but ppl with kids in the upper ones or that's the.owners family either way the noise is very loud kids running back & forth also it could be cleaner bedding was stained luckily I brought my own
