Everyone was exceptionally friendly and professional.
We did not receive a welcome packet in the mail prior to travel. It was an inconvenience to have traveled by car 8 hours and not have a pass to enter grounds.

Location next to 1st tee, taking care about guests by staff which is nice because in the end rooms at 5 stars hotels are similar and the people are making the difference

Great location on a beautiful golf course. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Rooms need to be updated; looking a little dated.

Big and comfortable rooms
Bad restaurant offer for lunch and dinner

The staff was so friendly and treated us like family. Hats off to John and Joe who shuttled us to/from Links and to HarbourTown!
I would have rated the rooms higher, but the carpet in our room was dirty at the entrance, and there were stains around the tub drain. Also, the rooms should be more senior friendly (i.e., comfort height toilets would have been welcomed). Handicapped parking was too far from the entrance.

beautiful property, excellent staff.
Links dining - breakfast - the best. wanted to dine there every morning of my stay, but not hungry enough at breakfast time. In lobby, blueberry muffin great, big cinnamon roll too large and not made with a sweeter dough.
Dinner at the Links with family. I thought Caesar salads a bit too small for the price. the 2 croutons per salad were the size of an ice cube, too large for a fine dining menu. Dinners were good, except plates too plain - just meat and side. Needed a garnish, if only parsley.
Bartender excellent drink artist - quick also.
Food and Beverage manager a great asset - was where he was supposed to be in dining room, even helped clear plates!
All staff in hotel great.f
Rooms nice size. Lighting not good. Lamp needed at desk. light in closet did not work. Toilet too low to floor and old. You could see scratches in toilet bowl. Bathroom sink, stopper gold flaked off.
Seating chair vey uncomfortable.

Beautifully positioned, clean, staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble
Rooms a little jaded. The lawnmower and strimmer at 6.30am was a little tiresome

Fabulous location, within walking distance of quaint Harbour Town - free bicycles - very comfortable beds - perfect for gold players and walking around. Wonderful dinner at the Steakhouse. Wonderful staff.
It would have been nice to have a quick continental breakfast in the hotel itself, but there are a few places within walking distance.

The Inn is perfectly located at Harbor Town just across from the Harbor Town club house and the Links restaurant. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The facility was gorgeous.
The fan for the air conditioning was a bit loud. The water pressure in the shower had a water saver head.

it is a beautiful boutique hotel with very nice and comfortable rooms, plenty of space. Great location! Golf course is gorgeous.
A gift shop in the lobby would have been nice to purchase items forgotten back home.

Superb staff service. Everyone I met at the Inn was smiling and eager to be of service. Special thanks to the afternoon doorman (whom the Inn titles "Butler"), Joe, who took care of all of our needs for transportation, local lore, and was truly eager to insure that our stay was appreciated and stress free.
The whole complex is enormous and is an easy place to find yourself lost. Unfortunately, the restaurants didn't meet the Inn's standards and the Inn doesn't have its own restaurant. Dinner at Fraser's Tavern provided BBQ ribs and pulled pork which were as dry as a bone and a piece of cornbread which was comically small and only barely warm. It wouldn't have melted some butter, but that didn't matter because none was provided. The sides of coleslaw and collards were just fine.
