Chose this motel for the kids to swim, but was not able to swim in the evening due to needing to boo

Nice breakfast, spacious rooms

Kids went for a swim but were told we had to book a time. Was not told this when checking in. So for the 2 nights we stayed, we’re only able to swim once in the morning on our check out day. Walked by the pool in the evening and there were only 4 people in it. Would have been nice to have been able to swim then.

Will continue to be our first choice for comfort and convenience to YEG Airport

We always use this hotel for our last night in town before a flight out early in the morning. The staff is available 24 hrs. The shuttle has always been so convenient and trouble free. We usually leave before breakfast, but coffee is available in the room or lobby. The oversized jacuzzi tub is a huge, welcome delight worth the small price.

They do not have a pre-made breakfast to go option for those that need to leave before the kitchen area is open

Our romantic getaway was perfect because of how cute the room was, and I feel so well rested!

For the price, it's an awesome room. Hot tub, and a cute fireplace. My spouse and I went for Valentine's Day and they gave us a cute gift with some chocolate. The breakfast is pretty standard, but I thought the eggs were delicious! The bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby!

Best place to stay with great services!

i love the rooms, the staff is always amazing! I forgot toothpaste and they helped me out. Always above and beyond.

Less then mediocre

It was clean and staff was friendly

The keys constantly didn’t work. It was a trip downstairs every time we left and came back and we did quite a bit as we had family events and visits It’s gone down hill a lot. We’ve always stayed there with our family as they have suites that are affordable and can accommodate our family. We won’t be any more

The fireplace wasn't working and did nothing to accommodate us. My room was cold. Rooms are super outdated

Awesome stay thank you again

Thank you for a lovely stay, we will be back for sure. The room upgrade was wonderful, so very very clean. The breakfast was great. All the staff were so friendly and helpful.

The bed could be replaced - was worn and sagged in the middle quite a bit

I always come back! It's a great place to escape to, and the prices are super reasonable.

This is my favorite hotel to get away to once a month. There is plenty of parking, along with multiple access doors instead of just one main entrance, which is good if you have kids, lots of baggage, and the stairways are very wide. The hotel is clean, comfortable, secure, and (from my multiple visits) very quiet at night. Laundromat, barber, and Royal Pizza right on the hotel property, which is super convenient, and Royal Pizza is very good with a menu of choices. The continental breakfast at this hotel is one of the best I've had, and consistently good quality, with variety and selection.

I would just ask housekeeping to provide additional toiletries and bathroom amenities for the larger suites for families and the jacuzzi suites. The bath bombs were always a nice touch (especially for the jacuzzi suites), but it seems they've stopped providing them.

I want a refund and compensation!!!

The jacuzzi was ok

the building is very old and very smelly the breakfast is disgusting cereal was off the coffee undrinkable. Front desk Staff was rude and service nothing to rave about. No wifi for 24 hrs !!! Unbelievable !!! Manager never on site staff cannot solve simple problems they inconvenienced us and made our stay with them a highly regrettable decision, we will never stay at this establishment again.

Excellent value. Very comfortable at a good price.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. I loved the thermostatically controlled gas fireplaces, which were the room heaters. Two bedroom suite, with full kitchen, for the same price most charge for one room. Two person jacuzzi tub.

The beds were pretty hard. However, I slept very well.

The breakfast was ok, pretty good selection, but what we really went for was the spa in the room. We filled at tub 3 times for our one-night stay, it was amazing.
