LA UBICACION ME GUSTO MUCHO. QUE LA HABITACION TENGA LAVADORA Y SECADORA TAMBIEN.-

EL SERVICIO DE PLAYA NO ES BUENO. DEMORAN MUCHISIMO EN ACERCAR LAS REPOSERAS, TOALLAS Y SOMBRILLAS.- EN CUANTO A LA LIMPIEZA DE LA HABITACION (SI BIEN NO LA HABIAMOS CONTRATADO), AL CONSULTAR EN LA RECEPCION NOS PASARON U$60 POR DIA, LO CUAL POR EL TAMAÑO DE LA HABITACION ES ABUSIVO.

Great beach, poor facility - would not recommend.

The access to the beach is amazing. Best beach experience! It is near Ritz-Carlton hotel which has a great restaurant. Otherwise need to drive to get food and drinks.

The hotel is very noisy. Rooms have poor sound proofing. We get up early to hit the beach in the morning, trying to go to bed early. Was very hard to fall asleep. People coming back to their rooms late, neighbors watching TV. There is no staff after 5pm to complain. I called them but there was no action. We ran out of tissues, asked on reception. They promised to bring some and never did. Poor service. Staff available only between 9am and 5pm.

Die Lage und die Größe der Wohnung sind sehr klasse, die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Kurzer Weg zum Strand.

Die Küche war sehr übersichtlich ausgestattet, etwas mehr Geschirr und Gläser wären hilfreich.

Large apartment, very close to the beach. It was great having chaises and towels availabe at the beach!

Apartment complex is old, needs maintenance and an update. Mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable.

Location was great, close to the beach with free towel and umbrella service

Door code stopped working and we were locked out of of our room. No security guard or personnel at front desk after 5pm so I had to call help desk support. They didn’t have any direct contact/phone number to call and just left email to property with no reply after 2 hours we went to police to ask for help. Policeman knew security guard from the next building who was chilling in his car. He asked him to contact property manager and we where given a different lock code. We where locked out of our room for about 4 hours with our newborn baby. Terrible experience!!!

We like the place. Excellent service. We enjoyed our stay.

The a/c when we arrived was at minimum temperature, very cold/ freezing. Only two complementary expreso cups and dishwasher soap, as we stayed 4 day, we were no able to use the dishwasher machine as much as we would have liked.

Quiet location in Bal Harbour, room was really spacious, kitchen was well stocked. Loved the complementary bikes and the beach service. Good wifi. No resort fee! Great stay overall!

Pool was on the small side and no towels available for the pool. Parking is $20 + tax per day.

certain lights would flicker off and on. some Iights would work or not. water flow down in shower from the light above. that becould some serious problem . attendant at front desk did not seem to care at all. very rude.

This was the perfect home away from home home

this lovely condo was furnished beautifully. Beach umbrellas and lounge chairs were ample. The manager, Julian, is a treasure.

Great stay close to the beach and Bal Harbour Shops

Very spacious two bedroom apartment and clean. The location is excellent and its truly just a street away from the beach.

The bed had a wooden structure that was rather noosy every time I moved.

The decoration and attention to lighting, the apartment had a great kitchenette and appliances

The bed was not soft for side sleeping, the checking in was confusing, it took a us calling 3 times for them to find our reservation. Not having a front desk after 5pm meant we could not get the parking permit, we were worry we were going to be town, and the next day the front desk person charged us for that night of parking anyway. Very strange policy.

it was good, but definitely more of a Airbnb situation instead of a hotel

Great location, and really nice beach option aligned with the Ritz Carlton.

We were asked to pay $15 for another lounge chair at the beach simply because the hotel was at full capacity and we were a family of 3. Also, the elevator broke down on the second night of our 3 night stay and staying in the 3rd floor we were forced to take our luggage down the stairs with no assistance or timeline as to when the elevator would be fixed:
