I liked the food, the staff, the location. I really enjoyed the staff, tho. The omelet lady and valet guy were really excellent. The drinks and bartenders were excellent. Location was perfect for everything you needed besides convenient stores. I would have rated it higher if the rooms weren't so high and outdated. And if all the elevators worked. All that said, I'd come back again, the staff made it worth it.
The incidental fee is almost $200. I've never seen more than like $100. The parking is horrible. The elevators being down for a month is horrible. The breakfast was high, but it was good. The hotel rooms could use an upgrade. You can tell they're old. The beds aren't queen size beds. They're full size, and if you fall off the bed, you're gonna hit the wall unless you're near the window.

Chris in parking was great. When I spoke he listened and treated me with respect. He was a hustler and to me an asset to what and who you want representing your business!
That I need my car at 5:30pm. I told the attendants 90 minutes in advance and I was still late for my reservation! 🤬. The men on duty both blamed each other and while one walked away and the other kept calling me chief!

Location to Waterside
King Bed Room booked and paid in advance was switched to a Handicapped accessible room with 2 Queen Beds. My husband and I are both over 6 feet. The worst part of this was the representatives at the front desk discussed in code with each other how they we’re switching my room without consulting me. This is awful deceitful customer care.

I’d like to location
First of all, I didn’t realize it was a $15-$45 parking fee. The parking garage was a ruse, full hundred yards from the hotel and you had to walk outside to get to the hotel.. booking should have informed me of the extra fees because it’s change the value of the hotel stay. The towels were hard which didn’t have any fabric softener. There was no microwave in the room in the room was pretty small, so no I would not stay there again.

Overall, the hotel was ok. It was relatively clean and the hotel and valet staff were pleasant and helpful. It is in a good location to with easy access and restaurants. The valet staff was very responsive and quick even when the hotel was busy.
My issues were that there were only 2 of 5 elevators working. Luckily we were on the 2nd floor so the option to take the stairs was not too bad when the elevator lobby was busy. Also, our room was not cleaned on our second night when we asked (removed the privacy card on the door handle). We had to call the front desk to make sure they cleaned it the following day. Also, the room safe was locked so we could not use it, and the hotel entertainment system on the TV was old and slow. The remote/TV response was VERY slow and had to unplug/re-plug the TV to get the menus to work, and we did this several times during our stay.

Hey graciously bump me up and I was able to hang out in the penthouse floor with the private lounge club lounge. They allowed me to park out front I tip the guy it was great bunch of times The main parking is kind of a drive so that was a bonus they were very gracious hospitable and I would recommend the place

Location was the only good thing about the hotel. We’ll, to be fair, the breakfast staff too, not the breakfast though.
- We were given a room which he’d sheets weren’t changed. Had to call the room service staff to do it.
- Overall cleanliness: A complete mess, specifically the room and the pool.
- Couldn’t sleep at night due to yelling and doors knocking. I wonder how the management doesn’t strictly control this.

Waterfront was nice. Check in/out person tried to be nice and said Im sorry for your experience.
Price for accommodations a bit pricey. Room had very visible unfinished patches in the ceilings. Issues with non functioning TV that they said they could not resolve! They appeared to be very unprepared for customers. The price for breakfast should have been included. This was a destination we chose for our 44th wedding anniversary. We had stayed there previously for our 40th anniversary and it was AWESOME! I think it was under different management though? Definitively not the same experience, and getting in and parked was a nightmare. Oh Well we survived. I hope the next occupants experienced had a better stay.

The location was perfect for Harbor Fest! The room was located on the harbor side with a great view of all the boats. Front desk and the operator were AMAZING and very helpful. Valet was super convenient.
It was $400 total for one night. The make-up mirror was hanging off the wall in our bathroom, a hotel staff member from valet got our room number off of our car keys and came up to our room and asked us to take shots of our alcohol with him because he saw it in our bag. Breakfast in the dining area was a HOT MESS. Took us 20 minutes to get a table and when we started our way over to the buffet to get our plates the kitchen staff was already removing all of the food. There was no sense in seating us if we weren't going to get proper service and charged $20 a person.

The hotel staff was amazing and very accommodating. The valet was very easy to use and reliably fast.

Location and nice Lobby
Our tub didn't drain fast enough. We had to wait for the water to drain before the next person could take a shower. We were told that maintenance had fixed the problem but, it was Not fixed. Elevators very dated. Hotel needs to be updated, was Not worth the price we paid!

Location is great.
The building is pretty, the lobby and atrium are nice. Room is clean and spacious
Parking is insane and idiotic. Insufferable line to get in, no option for self parking 25 to 35 dollars for bad valet service on top of a $280 charge to stay in an average hotel.
I feel ripped off big time.
The elevator waiting area on the sixth floor is very cold.
The bathroom in the downstairs area, by the fitness center, had uncleaned vomit and someone's clothes sitting there.
The coffee in the lobby was weak brown dishwater.

The location was spectacular!! The beds were comfy and the pillows were super soft.
I did not like that the pool was closed and no reference to it being seasonal.

It was so stinky. there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom . there is no on sight parking . you have to pay extra $15 a day for one time in and out .
